Got this new TV from best buy. Felt exited but due to not good 4K content available on internet this may not be right choice. Colour is good but need to setup as per your preference. Standard setup is not good. Internet connection speed is very slow although other device connects to internet without any problem. I need to take help from Sony support team to fix the problem. Thought of replacing the TV as the problem noticed within one week of buying.

The software and interaction on this tv makes anything to do with interacting with it an absolute nightmare. Picture is awesome but freezing and randomly resets will make your life miserable. Netflix purely doesn't work with this tv, my Xbox one randomly wont show as an input.

No instruction book provided for TV. Remote has small, overly sensitive keys which were difficult to use in setting up connection to in-home Wi-Fi and Google account.

For picture quality, this is a great product. The reason I am only giving it 4/5 stars is due to some frustrations with the software. For a long time, the TV would only remain connected to WiFi for 10 seconds and then would lose connection. This has since been fixed with a software update. The remote is also kind of clunky and cluttered. Overall, would still recommend.

What can I say other than this Sony TV is well worth the price of admission. Colors are very natural even without expert calibration. Integrated well with directv and Yamaha speakers. WiFi connection is good to watch YouTube and streaming videos. Only very minor complaint I have is when I use the USB input for movies the placement in the back is tedious and I have to take it out and back in again to reuse. There is no icon for it as an input when HOME button is pressed on the remote. Other than that it's really solid and quite easy in the eyes. Hope this helps.

Love the TV. Picture is excellent and the menu's for apps is fine. I had a cheap TCL TV before this one that died after 14 months ownership. The difference besides the Picture is the TCL was flawless on the Netwok side and I never had network or App issues. On this Sony, I get apps freezing sometimes like Netlix and Prime once I try to watch a video. The movie just won't start or will try to start and will jvst get a pixelated screen. I am getting 50mbps download, so it is not the connection like Sony says. Most times, when I completely close down the app and re-open, then it works. Hence, the TV. Also, every time I turn on TV, it starts up with the last app that I was using on the same channel. Each and every single time, it freezes up and says there is a network problem. I have to close out app and reopen or goto another App to get it to work. I can work around both of these issues as I dig the TV a good deal, but it can be a hassle. On the other hand, the $300 TCL TV I had last year never had either of these issues, but was just a cheap TV. Regardless, I like having a solid TV with this fantastic picture over the TCL. Will see if this TV lasts longer than the TCL did at 14 months. Time wll tell if this is that good of a deal.
