This is a great tv glad I bought it the picture is awesome can't comment on the speakers since I've got it running through a receiver but the only thing I don't like about it's the lag of response that the remote has other than that it's a great buy

This tv is great. Love the picture quality and colors. Did not give it 5 stars, due to the fact that the volume lags a bit. There is a slight delay.

Very happy with this TV purchase. The picture quality is outstanding and the smart features are easy to use. I will say there is a slight lag time when trying to adjust the volume from the remote, but that seems to be the only issue.

This TV had great picture quality, but input lag was lacking for playing fps on my xbox. It also didn't play nice with my bose receiver. For sone reason it wouldn't turn off, the tv keptturning back on when my receiver was connected through ARC. My controller would turn off the TV and receiver, and in a few seconds everything would turn back on, I exchanged it gor a samsung and no longer have this problem and input lag is so much better.

It's been a long time since I bought Sony; I'll never buy another brand again. The picture on this is outstanding. My only complaint is the remote, it has terrible lag. I read reviews so I was aware, but it is as bad as everyone says.

I bought this tv over the Samsung QLED 6F 49 inch because it was the same price at the time, even though I liked the picture quality better on the Samsung, the Bravia was 6 inches bigger. I figured if I calibrated the Bravia at home, it would look almost or just as good as the QLED. It looked good but still a lil washed out, the black levels didn't look too strong as well, like dark black grayish. Another concern was the input lag I felt playing online with ps4 and Xbox one X. That was ultimately a deal breaker. After having the Bravia for 2 days, I took it back and exchanged it for a Samsung QLED 6F 55 in, which IMO blew me away with better colors, 120hz (which the Bravia was only 60hz) and no input lag AT ALL! If you're going to get a Bravia, get the X900E or higher for better performance, if you want amazing popping saturated colors and you game a lot, get a Samsung QLED instead.

I chose this TV after already having a 4k UHD Samsung 55" which was DOA. I looked over LG, Samsung, Hisense and TCL, looking for 4k, 55" screen at a great price. I chose Sony for quality vs the others at a lower price, and was attracted to android TV, even though I tend to use Chromecast hdmi sticks and Google home, and didn't really need a Smart TV. I was happy about the idea of having android as the platform vs other proprietary OS's. , and I wouldn't have to use my phone as I planned on using a non cable or satellite provider (cut the cord! @@@@@@@ . The operation is good, Sony's interface works well, and you can sideload apps, which provides the flexibility I wanted. All of this coupd be easier, but I am pleased overall with the capability. Cons Processor isn't quite capable to handle the interface to be snappy, so lag exists. Certain apps will need to be force closed after turning tv set off and back on the next day (Sling TV). The OS does not turn off when you turn the tv off, so I tend to reboot it once a week. Pricey PROS Outstanding functionality and customization Scrren viewing angles 4k display is very sharp (with 4k sources! @@@@@@@ Chromecast built in

I received my TV on June 29th. No problems with delivery. The Box was perfect . The TV had no scratches, no marks or dead pixels. Mounting the TV to the wall, Updating the TV, Login In to my Android account, calibrating colors and testing it out took about an hour and a half more or less. The Picture is amazing! I've already played a few Netflix Movies, You Tube videos, and Played Xbox on it. I've to say this took everything I threw at it in three days very well. There are just a few little hiccups with the TV. The response time from remote to TV can sometimes get laggy. The volume sometimes either doesn't work right away, or it is delayed. When the TV is hooked up to the internet it sometimes has to be reconnected again. When watching Netflix on the built in app. If you by accident hit one of the buttons on the remote. say INPUT . . the tv starts to stutter. I also notice that if you are watching a movie with subtitles the blacks in the show/movie turn grey. It's noticeable while you are watching TV during the night. Also there is some light bleeding on the bottom corners of the TV. Again not to noticeable unless there is a night scene. I am sure that there are other features on this tv that I've not access yet. I only wish that there was a place where I can find the right calibration and also a place to find out all the features of my tv has to offer. Other than that I am happy with my purchase. I should've done a little bit more research and find a tv that didn't have the little annoying things that I've discovered with my tv. I am pretty happy and I just hope that the TV has a long life.
