I am not a tech geek interested in all the details of OLED technology. All I know is the picture on this Sony is unbelievable. But the best part is it’s physical beauty. Looks like a piece of art. More expensive than LG for sure but it’s like deciding to buy a Lexus vs Toyota.

The Sony OLED is the greatest! I do not need to decorate my home after a remodel as I get all the beautiful colors from the TV! The clarity and color are so vivid, you feel like the images are real. I am amazed how great this TV performs!

Even though this is my second Sony 55" OLED, I had to return the 1st one because I could not connect to Google voice command. After speaking with Sony and having them take control remotely of the tv, they still could not solve the problem. When the second 1 was delivered and mounted, I asked the geek squad to wait to see if I had the same issue as I did with the first one and I did. The Geek squad man was able to go into the menu and program the google voice command. He also said others had been having the same problem and he was going to contact Sony and make them aware of that problem some people were having and inform them how to inform their customers to solve this issue. But other than that it is a great TV. i also have the Vizio 5.1 sound bar hooked up as well and the sound is awesome.

Sony has done it again with another fantastic set. Black levels are phenominal, tv gets nice and bright even for an OLED speakers built in are great cool technology but aren't worth having on if planning on watching tv or movies definitely recommend external audio for this tv, I currently am running just a pair of B&W's CM5S2 and they go so well. Premium picture with premium sound win win all around.

I researched this Sony OLED against the LG OLED set. Both sets got favorable reviews but I went with the Sony because their commitment to quality. I have had this set for three weeks and I couldn’t be happier! The picture is awesome! Colors jump out and the details in the picture is incredible. Really happy I spent the extra money. It is well worth it. Side note. This set went on sale for $200 less a couple of weeks later and Best Buy was happy to refund me the difference! Way to go Best Buy!

We just love our new Bravia--the picture is flawless and with our Logitech remote it is so easy to switch activities.

This tv has multiple settings for viewing content. It's a certain setting for video games (which eliminates input lag) and another for Sports which brightens color and makes it very clear. Very satisfied with my purchase.

We originally got the LG OLED and within 6 weeks I has tv logos burnt into the screen. LG was useless and I even had one of their service centers come look at it. I had one channel on overbite (aprox 6 hrs) and within 6 weeks it was still there. The manual only states do not leave on the same channel for a "Prolonged period of time" and refused to replace the tv! This is what the old plasma 'tis did so why are we heading BACKWARDS in technology? Best Buy agreed to swap the tv out and I did a lot of research on this tv including calling Sony on the phone and talking to them about the burn in. Their tv cost more tan the LG with the sound bar on the bottom but after looking at it, we decided it was worth the extra $$ and the sound through the acoustic screen and sub woofer on the back is GREAT!!! This is a great 4K tv and would not get any other brand! Now it is 500.00 cheaper and they refunded us that plus the taxes! I LOVE Best Buy!

I looked at both the LG and Sony OLEDs and I'm not sorry I went with the Sony. The picture is amazing. Even after having this TV for a couple of weeks, there are still times when I'm amazed with the quality of the picture. The sound from the built in speakers is not bad but not the same as connecting to a Home Theater system or sound bar.

This TV is awesome. You get true blacks, not washed out. Pretty expensive but it was worth it.

I do love this TV. Wish the 65 inch was less expensive. Still not sure about the tilt but really do not notice that. Cannot believe the picture quality, even in HD. The HD is better than before. The picture is crystal clear. Could not be any better. Especially great for scenic pictures. You can count every hair follicle and every skin pore. Do not regret this purchase at all

This is my 3rd Sony XBR in the last 20 years (it is all I want again and again) and after reading reviews on the Sony OLED and comparing it with the LG OLED, the decision was made! Checked online for Best Buy price...which was the best of course and was assured it was in stock, drove over and picked it up. Easy as a purchase can be and should be!

I have had both OLEDs, LG and Sony. As far as the picture quality, pretty equal. When it comes to motion and sound quality, hands down Sony, Whatever processing Sony does, it does it well. I see no jittery motion on any sports, and I watch quite a bit. Extremely good sound from this set especially when it gets a high quality input. The Android user interface could be better and the web browser is poor by comparison. The remote control may be the worst I've ever had in my hands. It has no tactile feel what so ever. One very handy advantage for us is that it has a inactivity timer that will shut the TV off, in a user specified amount of time, if no one interacts with it. But as far as the viewing goes, which is what a TV is, it's the best I've seen.

This is one of the best TV's on the market. I did research for about a year before buying and it let me to this tv. My girlfriend, mom and uncle actually got it after they saw mine. No one has an issue and we all enjoy the purchase. Since it is OLED, it can suffer from burn in if you leave your set on for hours and hours at a time watching the same thing. . . so the CNN logo or if you play games and have the same display on for awhile. . .it can burn an image into the screen. . .be sure to turn off the screen or have your screen saver kick in if you leave for awhile. Other than that. . .you will enjoy the rich colors it has to offer and the sound quality as well. Great purchase.

This tv has to have the best picture I have ever seen. Great color and truely amazing motion technology making Sony tvs far better than any other brand. It is truly amazing what this unit can do. The only downside is the price but you pay for the best. That is the only reason I give it 4 stars I instead of 5
