    I purchased a sony kd55x75k in December to replace a sony tv kd55x8oj that only lasted 14 months. The new sets picture and sound go out sync. Sony is doing whatever they caan to avoid fixing this set. Now they are askig permission from corporate to send some out to take a video of the tv out of sync and report back. Then maybe they will send a repairmen. Bad product horrible service. I have bought over 20 sony products. This tv will bethe last. Ticket number 08736839. Paul

    Terrible processor. Will not keep a place if you pause any show or movie for more than a couple minutes. Already has a pixel line across the screen.

    Initially this tv was great. But a year later and I’m already having many issues. It constantly freezes up and has to be restarted often. I would not purchase this brand again.

    I finally got this tv installed and am learning all about it. It has a lot to it, as it is a Google TV with lots of apps. Still figuring it out. We purchased it to replace a 13 year old plasma that finally died and we needed something to watch college football games on. This one has filled the bill, well.

    Nice picture quality and sound but my internet connection keeps dropping. When I use my Roku to get my programs no problem with my internet signal ! Something seems wrong with tv’s ability to hold my Wi-Fi connection

    Was ok at first, but just over a year (just out of warranty) it now has constant issues and needs to be replaced, wouldn't recommend.

    1st time buying a Sony TV in quite some time. Watched the display model and decided to purchase one especially since it was on sale. Glad we did. It has not disappointed. Sound could be better is the only issue however its nothing that a good sound bar wont fix.

    I’m very disappointed in this Sunny Tv. The picture is very dark and can not be made brighter. This is the first time purchasing a Sony and the l as time. I guess if we would have spend more it my have been a better TV.

    Everything works as expected. The built-in speakers are rubbish but I use a sound bar so not a problem. My biggest concern is that it seems the audio is not synced with the video at times but this may be because I use it as my PC monitor so it might be on my end.

    I had excellent customer service at this location. The salesman knew what he was talking about and suggested another TV that was better than the one I was looking at. He even sold me the the Best Buy protection plan. I will make all my future purchases at the store.

    Ended up exchanging the tv for a larger one, but probably would have exchanged it regardless. The picture quality was worse than the 10yo tv it was replacing. Also, sound quality was not sufficient.

    This is actually Lovely, I brought for the Kids (16 & 14) and they’re enjoying it & loving it very much / great purchase and price was fine I’m please so far (just had to purchase new legs, sure don’t like those legs that tv’s comes with nowadays

    User Interface and App Experience a Major Letdown.

    For the price I don't think this TV is worth it. I wanted to avoid a Roku TV as I've had Roku devices die on me after 1-2 years. With this Google TV, I dislike the amount of suggested (advertising) media they would push at you. It'd take 3-6 clicks to get to your app list and then another however many to get to the app you wanted to watch. One way around it is to turn on Apps only mode, in that mode you can't add new apps though! Just a poorly thought out TV with a lackluster picture for it's price. I suggest looking more towards LG or Samsung. Thankfully Best Buy allows returns.

    First one I purchased had a dead pixel. After returning for a new one, I later realized the new one had more stickers on the screen. Leading me to believe the original was used. Now on to the actual tv. It’s trash. I’ve only ever purchased Sony because I love their products usually. The interface is slow and laggy. The tv often freezes and auto shuts off or just becomes non responsive. I’ll give Sony another shot. But nothing in this line.
