We chose this Sony Bravia 55X75K without seeing one turned on as there were none on display in our local Best Buy... The salesman's comment was, "It's a Sony. You really can't go wrong." And, he was correct. NO regrets here! The Sony 55X75K has an incredible picture, the sound is good (but we've since switched to a soundbar), and, being a Google TV, basic set up was a breeze. But there are so many fine-tuning adjustments available that help make the TV amazing. (Take the time to figure out what makes the TV better for you!) Although we were thrilled with the picture from the beginning, we've come to find out we have been watching the TV in 1080 HD rather than 4K. I finally hooked up our Roku Ultra and got the warning that suggested adjusting the TV's HDMI settings to view in 4K. A little confused that my beautiful 4K TV wouldn't be displaying 4K, but okay. So, how? After searching through the settings and not finding how to accomplish this, I contacted Sony Live Chat. Two minutes later, I was in business... and WOW!! Sony has outdone themselves with this TV! Pro Tip: Settings > Channels & Inputs > External Inputs > HDMI Signal Format Here you can switch any/all HDMIs from Standard Format to Enhanced Format... including the HDMI for ARC. Hello 4K!!

Great tv for the price. I needed a tv for spare bedroom and did not want to spend $1000-2000 on a Sony, as I have 2 others that are Bravia for master and den. Although not as fancy as higher tier tvs, this is a solid tv for the price especially on sale ($399!). The remote and setup very similar to my other Sonys, so set up was easy. Then a little tweak on the picture and it looks great.

Bought this on the Best Buy advisors advice after my LG crapped itself after 8 years. Light weight and excellent picture quality. i was pleasantly surprised with the picture quality and ease of set up. pass on the samsungs and get you a sony you wont be disappointed for the price! sure there are better out there but for under $500 dollars this cannot be beat!

I got this tv in 2022. It still looks and works great! When you watch it seems like it is live with the action right in front of you. For outside scenes it seems like you're in the scene with them. The only thing is sometimes you have to adjust to sound so you can hear speaking moe clearly compared to background sounds and music from the tv but thats fine once you know how to adjust it.

Back in the 1970's-1980's Sony was the clear winner in picture quality with their Trinitron technology. I did switch brands buying LG and Samsung, which both are excellent. I decided to buy a Sony and it did not disappoint. Still a great product with a bit of a premium price.

Obsessed with this TV!! We have been using this thing non stop!! The color is amazing and the internet connection is seamless. We are so happy that we settled on this tv!! I'm sure you will be too!

Excellent color and speaker volume. Note that I'm coming from an older model Samsung that's 10 years old. Setup was fast and easy. Remote has quick buttons for Netflix, YouTube, Prime video and Disney+, very convenient.

Needed an upgrade for a 5-yrs old 55" Flatscreen TV, but didn't want to break the bank. Did a lot of online research and this entry-level Sony Bravia kept coming up as a solid, value-oriented choice w/ high marks. Luckily, found one that was a BestBuy "open-box" so, saved even a few extra dollars on an already great price, which was super! Brought it home, plugged it in, no issues at all - worked perfectly! We've been using it a couple months now and couldn't be happier. The colors are vivid, contrast is great, and it's a big improvement over our prior TV. It's in a family room full of windows, tons of light, which made our last TV a challenge to watch during the day. Not with this one - adjusting the picture is easy and it shows much better in this difficult environment. Highly recommend.

Purchased this for a room addition and I am very pleased with the picture quality and ease of use. The only small qwerk is that its processing speed is a little slower when bouncing between apps. other than that I am very pleased with this product.

Easy to esemble and fix. Sound quality is also quite well considering it midsize room with surrounding noise. Google TV is very convenient to operate even from your smart phone. Wifi is bit slow but LAN works perfectly fine.

I didn't really want a smart TV, but that is what you have to buy these days. The speakers on this are very poor. You will likely want a soundbar if you purchase this TV. On a positive note, the picture is clear and the remote controls the sound bar and Blueray player. It is nice to no longer have to hunt for the right remote to control sound or pause the player. If I begin to cast from my phone or start the Blueray player, the TV seems to automatically detect this without having to select the source. Over all, I'm happy with the TV. If I did not have a soundbar, the review may be different. But the TV was a good value for the price I paid.

Really beautiful TV. I replaced a 43" Sharp (made by Hisense) so this was a big step up. I had briefly tried a Toshiba model which was incapable of producing true blacks. Not a problem here. Although it took me awhile to settle on my ideal picture adjustments for each input, now that I have, I absolutely love this TV. Colors and contrast are amazingly good considering this is the cheapest 'large' Sony available at the moment. The only weakness is the built-in sound. If you plan to use a sound bar or external receiver, no worries here. But for using the built-in speakers, there is no bass or treble adjustments or even presets of any kind except surround on or off, and compression on or off. The default sound is pretty weak but ok for general dialogue listening. I strongly recommend this TV if you'll be using an external sound source.

Got this tv to replace a 6 yr old tv in livingroom, this was a major step up. It has vibrant colors, it enhances everything. Over the air free tv channels look incredible on this tv, all the older programs are given a fresh life, TV remote is great and easy to use. The system update did take a little while but that is due to my internet provider. Great that is came with bolts in back of tv to mount, didn't have to buy any to use to mount tv. Overall the best tv I've ever had almost wish i would have picked up 65" version of this tv but it would not fit in my vehicle and i needed tv that day and did not want to wait on delivery.

I got this as gift for my sisters new house and she has received nothing but compliments. Great picture quality with a modern look
