      The delayed audio or video that's out of sync on your TV. This condition is sometimes resolved by simply turning your TV off and then back on. Make sure that the TV has the latest system software (firmware) installed. If watching a TV program, try changing the channel to see if the problem occurs on other channels; if it only occurs on one channel, then the issue is with the broadcast. Make sure all cables are securely connected to the TV and the source device (set-top box, DVD player, BD player, home theater system, or game console). Try playing a different video source to determine if the issue occurs with other connected devices.

    I know Sony company has a good reputation, but this TV is horrible. The quality of the pictures you could tell that it’s not even 4K, bad muffled speakers and the processors they use on it was very slow,delayed & laggy. We have toshiba fire tv it’s way more better than this TV.

      You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) If you're using streaming applications, quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. If you're using HDMI device, set the display to High-Quality 4K format with the HDMI input, set [HDMI signal format] in [External inputs].

    Not Worth The Money

    Worst TV I have ever purchased. I spent a little more than a Vizio and or TCL and it has been nothing but problems. Some apps won’t work at all. The wireless connection is always awful and my router is no more than five feet from the TV. Overall Disappointing performance for a $500 TV. I recommend buying a $300 Vizio instead and save yourself the headache. Not sure if Sony isn’t what it used to be, we have a 15 year old plasma Sony Bravia and it still works great.

    The tv went black two weeks after we bought it and they didn’t do anything to fix it, so i had to talk with sony to help me

    Sony has lost it

    Sony used to be a quality brand. This TV is even worse than the cheaper Chinese brands. I use Youtube and Netflix on this TV. The TV would suddenly stop working. The only fix is to unplug the TV. Never buying any Sony brand products anymore.

    I got home and its a curved TV when its not supposed to be curved, its not a 4k TV it takes too long to load 4k, its a good 1080p that has bad input lag for gaming, very noticeable lag playing call of duty.

    Google Account in my way?

    I recently moved to the US, bought this Google TV, and signed up for Hulu. But the TV keeps directing me to Hulu in my home country, and not to Hulu US (I can't even download the app). I called the number that popped up on the screen for trouble shooting and was told that my former residency in my home country, detected by Google through my Google Account, was getting in the way. Spent long hours trying to tackle the issue but in vain. It's a bummer all the more because I was satisfied with the product's price and quality.

    I just purchased this Sony Bravia Tv May 14,2023 ! I just hung above my fireplace! It looks awesome! I am very impressed with all the apps and the speakers from the tv ! I just got rid of a vizo tv that is 15-20 years old still worked great but wanted a 4 k tv! Definitely satisfied with my purchase if this 4 k Sony Bravia tv ! Thank you to the 3 people at Best Buy that helped me with this particular Tv !
