The installer even knew what to do to connect my hearing aids to the TV since they were all Bluetooth compatible. He showed me how to use the DVD remote with the TV, too. He was a very nice man. I liked him.

He answered all of our questions in addition to setting the tv up and even called back later to see if everything was working to our satisfaction---unheard of customer service.
