Not satisfied with Sony

We try to mess with it but it still wasn't good clarity. We've had insignia in the samsung and the clarity is a lot better. Also when you set up the t v you have to set it up with google. Some of the shows that we always watch,we would have had to pay for. Makes no sense. We did the exchange/return and we are going with another Samsung.

The TV has built-in picture settings which lets you adjust the picture quality depending on your needs.

Disappointing. Google TV sucks

Overall I’m very disappointed. Downloaded the MAX (HBO) app, MAX does not show up in the home page under Apps. Ok I’ll try searching for it, search for it, okay found the app, click on it and it immediately starts playing a movie called Max. Every time I go to use the app, immediately starts playing this random movie. When i started watching something, the fast forward/rewind controls dont work. Only other button to press is pause/play. The Google Assistant/voice control doesnt work 90% of the time. It will acknowledge a command but then wont excute. Maybe the Google assistant doesnt work because during setup i did not give them permission to gather and sell my personal data. I would definitely exchange this TV if it weren’t such a hassle to return. The only reason im giving it 2 stars is because of the SONY compatibility features with PS5. Im sure the other problems would be excusable if i was exclusively using my PlayStation to watch TV. If you dont own a PlayStation console, save yourself the trouble and buy a different TV. Take my word for it, everything about this TV designed by Google is genuinely terrible, not thought out, and clearly didn’t go through enough product testing. Somehow not surpirising that the largest tech company in the world makes absolutely terrible software.
