I’ve never owned a sony tv before but I’m very disappointed. Every time I open an app it takes forever to load and sometimes it doesn’t even load, which I only have that issue with this tv and no other device in my home. I absolutely hate this tv and thought of returning it but I caught a little trick that’s opening the setting turning off and then back on the WiFi and that seems to make my show load. I barely watch tv so I have it there for whenever I do.
