Wifi problems

Sluggish within 1 hour of purchase!

We were told by a sales rep that this TV was the better option over an LG or Samsung. Obviously they were very wrong. We have not even had this TV for an hour and it’s slow, lagging, sluggish and we have already had to unplug it twice just to get it to unfreeze. Will definitely be returning, which is an even bigger hassle in itself. Do not buy this TV unless you enjoy watching paint dry on a wall!

Not worth the money

Got it replaced one time bcus they couldn't figure out why it was lagging, not responding, and turns off randomly. With a new TV I have master reset it a few times and it still gives me the same issue. Wouldn't bother getting another Sony TV.

TV says "Windy Chicken" passwords on the TV

Part of said the TV came with some passwords entered such as Windy Chicken, etc. Also the provider of the reviews had added a remark that there had been a reward of a promotion or other benefits to doing the review, THIS IS NOT TRUE. NO BENEFITS. I would not bother with something like that!
