The settings menu takes a bit to get used to as does adding apps. Definitely a good solid TV. Only issue is it is a little slow starting up and with Wi-fi.

This is the first Sony TV I have owned and always went with Vizio or LG. I must say, I am so glad that I decided to pay a little more for the Sony. The remote alone is much more streamlined and user-friendly. The picture is amazing, it has the perfect amount of inputs, and just a great product overall. I've owned for about 2 months now and loved every day.

Shipping got very messed up and I ended up picking it up myself. The sales people at Best Buy are completely separate from the delivery department and they cannot assure you a time or a day. My advice would be if you need shipping try to make sure they can narrow down through a specific date so they don’t end up taking a whole day at work and waiting for nothing.
