The picture is fantastic! The "smart" aspect is a bit difficult to deal with as there are so many menus to get it set up. I have an old receiver that I play my sound through and it doesn't sync with the new TV - so in order to achieve the same system set-up that I had with my TV that died, I will have to buy a new receiver - unless someone has a better idea. It was a really great set-up! I only needed one remote to run everything instead of several! I am open to any suggestions.

I love my new Sony 4k UHD TV. The picture quality is excellent. I bought it to replace a Samsung TV that finally went out. I decided to buy a Sony instead since I also own another Sony that has lasted 15 years, and still works great. I'm sure this one will last many years as well. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

So far I enjoy using this TV for Games, Netflix and Vudu, The picture quality it awesome 4K Display is beautiful you can definitely tell the difference from playing on a non-4K TV to playing on a 4K TV. I would definitely recommend this TV for anyone that is looking for a beautiful quality picture TV for the Price.

We bought this for my dad after his very old TV was beginning to die. He fussed that it was too much, too big, etc. Once we had it set up and he saw how clear it was on the screen and the sound, he loved it. My mom confirmed that when she asked later that night if he was happy with the gift. He said, "Oh, yeah!"

Sony TV's are always excellent...my last two TV's were Sony's. Very sharp, natural picture......only improvement would be better sound. I hooked it to my Bose CD/radio player to get a little surround sound but still needs a sound bar, I guess.

What sold me most was the customer service, The TV is what I expected from a Sony product, it is great, we love the tv! Easy easy to use, and that was important for us, but the customer service and great deal because of the customer service was icing, awesome!! Happy with tv and happy with best buy.

Great TV. The resolution is really good. I think it’s better than Samsung. With all the hype of Samsung people seem to go for it however Sony has been known for awesome TV’s even before the flat screens.

I bought this tv November of 2019 from a black friday sale. I didnt open it until june 2021 because at that time i didn't have my apartment. But i tell you one thing this tv is excellent. Great picture, great sound. I am so glad i jumped on this sale.

I had a Sony 47 inch television for over 10 years. It was time to purchase a new Sony with the 4K and Smart feature. This 55 inch is FANTASTIC. The colors are so vivid and true to life. Great purchase

We purchased this TV to replace a much smaller version of a Sony Bravia that was 18 years old. The 55 inch fits our space perfectly and is so much fun to watch. We're so glad we chose another Sony!
