Had a heck of a time getting my new TV mounted and figuring out how to hook it up (no owner's manual), but finally succeeded. Color is much sharper than my last TV. Thankful I went the extra mile and got a Sony. My next purchase will be a sound bar.

Overall features are fine and Picture quality is excellent; Games (XBOX) perform reasonably well too! However lacks some nice to have features like smartphone app (to control), blue tooth connectivity (unable to connect to blue tooth headphones), Screen mirroring doesn't work with iPhone etc., These are not a deal breaker though. Highly recommend!

Great TV for the price. Good picture quality, easy to operate.

Easy TV to setup. I’ve had it for about a week no complaints and love everything about it especially game mode when I’m playing my video games very low input lag which is great for a gamer like me.

Based on what the best buy representative described I was expecting a picture that was superior to the 50 in 4k HDR samsung I bought last year that my son just broke, he said this deal was amazing and the TV would be superior and although it's not a bad picture I would say the samsung was just as good

Switched from an LG UHD to the Sony Bravia because of the faster processing. I haven’t gamed in it or watched fast moving sports yet but HDR and over picture is awesome. Standard high def on cable upscale beautifully, and 4K content is spectacular.

the colors, backlighting, awesome. remember to get the most out of this tv with technology that will make the colors alive. such as a dvd, blue ray, ps4 , xbox , wii or anything that is 4k compatible. i am mad I didnt get a 65 inch

Love the TV and ease of use. The only reason not 5 stars is that I'm having issues with WiFi connection. Haven't figured if it is the TV or my modem. Other TV's in the house seem to work fine, and this one worked fine for a couple weeks... Still figuring it out. Haven't reached out to support yet, so will have to update the review at some point

I have owned Sony T.V.'s for a long time and I still have the first one I purchased. This one has great colors crisp and bright. works great and hope it last as long as the first one. I moved the first one to my bedroom :)

Bought this at a great Black Friday price! This tv is in our bedroom and works great for the size of our room. We had a 32” Samsung that was going out and time to replace. Added a Yamaha sound bar to complete the set. Love it!

I've had Samsung and LG SmartTVs and now that I've seen the Android TV OS built into this Don't TV I don't think I could ever go back. The interface is zippy, has all the apps I need and the picture is great. Highly recommend!

Nice picture! Has a lot of things included on tv however not well versed on how to use them. Not happy that Best buy took tv off sale by the time I was able to buy and then put it back on sale several weeks later. Shame!

Have sony products many years, they are the best. From play station to TV,s hands down they are the best, mind you they have glitches. some complain.Get a real life things happen . No company is perfect, but sony comes close

First let me start by saying the picture quality is great. However, we have had the tv since Christmas (Purchased as part of a Black Friday deal) and have had problems for the past month or two. The TV often freezes. For example, when you select Hulu from your apps, the sensor on the TV glows white like it’s processing but nothing happens. It freezes for approximately 30 seconds. It would be one thing if this happened once in a while but it happens multiple times a day. Recently we started experiencing a “no device detected - TV with power down in one minute” error code. This happens we stream from the computer and using apps. Even if the tv is connected and still playing...? I have tried suggestions from Sony but the problem persists. Overall, I would not purchase this TV again. Picture quality is great. Apps and remote are easy to use. Unfortunately, the issues we’re experiencing takes away from the positive qualities.

This was my first UHD tv. It worked out really nice with a nice picture. It was handed down to my Granddaughter to use at College. I replaced it with a Samsung QLED 65" Class Q80A.

By far the best tv I've ever owned. Easy set and awesome picture make this a must for any TV enthusiast. It works great with a game system as well. I would recommend any one looking for an upgrade or just a new TV to get one!

For only having it a month I’ve been extremely happy with it. Noticeably better than my other Bravia which is now the bedroom TV. Colors are really good while not being blown out or over saturated , and picture is super smooth.

I am in love with our Sony TV. We bought a Samsung recently 7 series and it's really good, but this Sony blows it out of the water! Excellent picture bright colors. The clarity is top of the line. I highly recommend this TV

Waited almost a month after black Friday to get this tv but it was worth the wait. Sony delivers with this tv. Great color, picture and quality. Has most all of the apps I was looking for and was an easy set up process.

Its amazing how great the color is. Enjoy watching tv so much more. Guys were great delivering, getting here on time and keeping us informed. Hauling away the old tv for only $25 was a great deal. Love Best Buy service.
