The delivery was fast and came as the scheduled time. It did not take long to unpack and set it up all by myself. I also installed the TV remote app on my mobile phone. All in all, I love it!

The salesperson was awesome explaining the differences in televisions. The colors are vivid and sharp!!! I recommend this television to everyone.

Sony is by far the best tv’s on the market. This tv for the money is the best value out there. Great picture and functions. I have had Sony tv’s for years. Very happy with their products.

Tv is great. Great color and picture. I have no complaints except for unpacking it. Never had a Sony before and they package it weirdly and have a specific way you are supposed to inbox it.

This Sony TV has a brilliant picture. The remote is super easy to use. The apps are arranged in a convenient order which makes them easy to find. So glad that we purchased this Sony TV.

The new sony 55 in tv is great except for one thing. There is an update opportunity that comes on covering half the screen for 90 seconds, very irritating, and I can't get it to do what it promises or leave when I click it, so I have to wait for it to leave. Other wise color is better then my vizo.

It took a while to figure out how to set it all up, but the picture is Phenominal. Love all the features it has to access. Love it. Without a doubt it was worth the extra dollars.

After reviewing multiple 4K HDR TV’s I decided to go with this one for the great price!! It’s not the OLED, but the picture is crisp and the blacks are Black!! Great value and great product!

I was in the Osceola store to purchase (1) TV which was a 75 inch and ended up purchasing a 55 inch TV as well. The price was such a great deal for the TV and I love all the apps.

My first 4k and I love it. Had plasma TV for 10 yrs and thought that was the best till I got this TV. Bought it in November right before Thanksgiving and had so much to offer.

Great for the price and very clear. Volume is not great but I set up a sound bar so that doesn't matter anymore. Picture is great and have 4 HDMI ports for everything you need.

This is mounted on the wall in bedroom. It replaced the same model, only it was 49", the new one is 55". The extra size makes a huge difference in seeing it without wearing glasses. I've been a Sony person all my life. Sony tv's picture have a very specific look to them that I like.

Picture is clear and sound is crisp and not muffled.....Reasonably priced......My first smart tv so I know I have a learning curve in learning how to use the built in features.

Picked this tv up today. Great price for the tv and everything looked fine after getting home and setting it up. But 30 minutes into having it on a pink/purple line appeared on the tv and will not go away. Hopefully Best Buy will make this right when I bring it back tomorrow.

Sony and Google have teamed up, if you like them you are in luck. It just so happens you don’t know which apps are available and which aren’t until you have purchased and setup. Unless you read and extensively study. Good luck.

A few things to know about me: I have a very high standard for quality, and I'm extremely blunt and critical. So the fact I'm giving this TV a 5/5 the day after trying it out means a lot. I usually wait a month or two - but I've seen enough!

We are really enjoying the new, big TV screen. The 2 man crew that set it up were really efficient and also showed us how to work it and also connected it to our DVD player.

Excellent picture/ nice remote with voice commands. Our old tv would not handle the fiber optic cable for the soundbar. Proper hook up sound rich and full. Sony makes a great tv.

We love our new tv and sound bar! We are also glad we got the full motion mount and had Best Buy install it. Turned out great!
