Replaced my 55 samsung with a 55 Sony. Both are great TVs, just time for a change. The sony is gorgeous, clear, and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Television purchased as Holiday Cheer for family member. They absolutely love it. I have been thanked often. Picture reported to be phenomenal without fail.

Nice picture and all...but when you buy a new TV you kind of want it to turn on. I bought this TV and could not get it to power on. The only way to get it to turn on was to unplug it and plug it back in. After chats with Sony, I was informed that it is a known software defect and that a software fix would be forthcoming. I should have returned it to the store right then and there because a few weeks later and I still have to unplug it each time I want to use it. Calling Sony again tonight. Also Alexa will turn off the TV but that also wont work to turn on the TV.

Have had tv for 2 years now with no problems. Remote could be a little more user friendly but great product still.

This is a huge upgrade from our other Sony TV that is over 10 years old. The old tv still works great and I expect this Sony to be a long lifer as well.

This is the 3rd Sony I've owned - and the biggest screen yet! (55") The Sony TV's have very natural color and have all been trouble-free for about 12 years.

The Sony Bravia has real-life color, and a great picture. We love it. We upgraded our tv for the Bluetooth option and ability to use a headset with this tv.

Love this TV! You can’t go wrong with this Sony model. Picture quality is outstanding and the apps are plentiful. This was a great buy.

Tv is great. Nice picture purchased wall mount makes it fill your at movie theater.geek squad came out to mount it and did a great job very professional.

It seems to be a very nice TV and the picture quality is amazing Sony has up scaling feature that really brings out the color and clarity in the picture

I was able to get an amazing price on this tv. Below $500. At the time, I didn’t realize how amazing the price was and wish I had bought 2!

This tv has a really nice image the 4K quality out of this world lol every time I put on a 4k movie on my 4kplayer im not disappointed highly recommend

Didn't have any problems setting up, hooked up easily to our wifi and networks. Only thing we have to use two remotes to be able to run Xfiinty Dvr..

Love this 55 inch tv, excellent picture and sound. I highly recommend it. You feel like you are at the theatre or ball park when watching it, Sharp picture.

The 55” was the perfect size for the room we purchased it for. We have been longtime Sony Bravia buyers and users due to their life span and quality.

So far the Sony 55” has met all of our expectations. It has all the apps we need and it’s easy to use them. We are very happy with this TV.

You Can’t do better than a Sony TV! This particular tv didn’t work for me due to the VESA tv mounting pattern being 200mm X 200mm - my situation and Mount required minimum 300 X 300. Otherwise great tv, great picture and features!

It has been few days that I got this Sony Bravia smart TV 2018 which is really superb. The 55" 4K display looks so clear and crisp. The brightness and contrast level is very good (havent played around with different modes yet). 4K videos look very good. Playing game feels amazing (tried God of War latest). Sound is also good even at low level. Inbuilt Google Voice and Chromecast is added bonus as you save on extra devices and ports. I tried voice search on youtube and it worked fine so far. This is comparable to the Samsung 8 series with an added advantage of Android OS and inbuit voice search/chromecast I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone.
