Have been purchasing Sony products for years, and have always been very pleased with them. Only drawback is no owners manual comes with most products. I have also found this with other products.

Replacement for Samsung flat screen that picture quit. Switching over to Sony. Like Sony remote more than Samsung's and it works with Sony receiver. So far very pleased with this TV and Sony receiver.

Neither Geek Squad, nor Dish could fix my Samsung TV purchased in May. So I traded it in a Sony + $250.00. This one works. Two Asst. Mgrs. with a clear view of Customer Service made it happen. It was, admittedly, a difficult-to-diagnose problem. (No sound for two to four minutes when turned on cold)

I’ve never owned a Sony tv, but now I’m hooked! This set has the brightest brights and the darkest darks I’ve ever seen. It’s the set I use to watch all my favorite shows and sports events.

This television is outstanding. The lighting is super especially for sports. My husband enjoys watching movies also. Great choice and price for the brand and size.

the picture on this monitor looks good, as do many in this series of monitors. I am having several issues with the compatible Sony sound bar (HT-S350). The first of which is that when the TV and sound bar power up, it keeps switching to the internal TV speaks after about 5 seconds. i have tried several different setting including turning of the sync feature but nothing works. I am also having a sync issue in that the video is ahead of the audio on several channels. I suspect this is my cable companies issue and not the TV, but there are no settings to adjust for this and I do not have the issue when switching back to the internal speakers. Pretty fed up

Sony quality at a great price. Bought this on sale to replace my 40" Sony from 16 years ago. Love the Android features and synced up with my account immediately.

We really like the tv. Worst thing about it were the instructions for assembling the legs. Very misleading and confusing. Write instructions if your pictures aren’t that good.

Have been plagued with issues ever since TV arrived. Connectivity problems and technical support has not yet established cause. Intermittently set cannot be turned on.

I bought it at 699 and poof 35 days later it’s 599. Is a good tv though , get it as cheap as you can . Have no issues with it thus far. Have owned it less than 2 months

We purchased the Sony because it was CR's top rated for reliability. However, very disappointed in the "sizing" of the picture. If we blow the picture to fit the entire screen surface, it cuts off part of the picture; the next sizing reduces it a lot, losing at least 20% of the full screen surface. Seems that you should be able to adjust to the full screen without losing the picture. There simply is not a good adjustment: either cut off some of the picture or utilize only 80% of the screen surface. We replaced a Samsung set which handled that automatically, unfortunately that set didn't last even 4 years! Wish we had been warned about that snag when we purchased the Sony - it would have impacted our decision.

I am usually a samsung person but for the price I couldn't pass this tv up. Overall it does everything I want and more. screen share is easy to use and so are the apps.

Excellent quality. Love the HD resolution. Joked around and said the quality is so good you can really see the zits the actors tried covering up with makeup Haha.

Actually bought for my daughter. Here old TV worked fine, but did not have Hulu or Disney+ available. This has lots of apps preinstalled and you can download more.

The Sony X800G 55" has outperformed my expectations in every categories. I am most impressed withe the processing speed, specifically when navigating between apps.

Sony never disappoint me, well that one time but I don’t like to talk about it. Like I said great television for the price, what more can you ask for.

This is my first wall mount TV and I love it! I considered a lower cost option but was convinced that Sony will give me the longevity I was looking for.

TV is great! It was an easy setup and a good display. It was nice that connecting it to streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+ was so easy.
