I am very satisfied with my new Sony TV. Even my techie son-in-law who set it up for me was very impressed with the great picture. The colors and quality are excellent. I was told you can't beat a Sony for quality and I am convinced. I sacrificed a little on the size to keep it within my price range, but still 55" when I was watching a 42" is great! I love it! I am just beginning to learn how to use all of the great features.

One of the best Sony 4K TV ive ever bought and is also my very first... I couldnt resist the price for $499? What an awesome quality price television! The picture is crisp on the PS4 Pro and the sound quality is great but if you have surround sound system then you have yourself a home theater! I am a very happy camper and would recommend anyone whom is looking to buy their very first sony TV, you wont be disappointed!!

Replaced 55” Sony we were having trouble with ( it was about 12 years old ) in our master bedroom. As it turns out, the older TV wasn’t the problem so we moved it to a guest room. The new 4K 55” Sony was one of the best mistakes I’ve ever made. After finding the real problem we now have a new TV in our bedroom with a beautiful picture. We added a Sonos sound bar to make our late night TV watching even better.

We bought this tv for our mian viewing room. We've had sonys and Samsungs in the recent years. We dont buy top of the line or bottom of the line TV's. After comparing this one to our similar one year old Samsumg smart TV we do like this one better and we think the picture quality is great with decent sound as well. We do not use a sound bar and find the tv speakers are adequate for our tv watching.

I relied on the sales guy when I purchased the Sony TV and so far he didn’t give false report. He did some comparison and took his time. Had the TV delivered and paid to take away an old TV, loved this option. Set up was easy, the size for what we wanted is great and so far the picture quality and the TV overall we are pleased with however it’s an upgrade from what we had so I won’t complain.

The picture is great, the sound is better than anticipated, and with the large amount of options I can really hear the voices without being drowned out by the background music and noises. It has plenty of hdmi, usb, and even audio video input ports. the smart part of the tv appears to work great and will let me stream from most any mplatform directly to the tv with the built in wireless internet.

Overall, the picture looks great. The apps may be a little slow to respond but I can live with it. Slight LED bleeding on the edges. Blacks looks great when sitting center of the tv but once you watch at an angle, the blacks begin to look a little gray, but barely noticeable. Wish it had more options to adjust picture as well as sound. Game mode is great and response time is adequate.

We bought this TV for my parents. The picture is terrific. It was easy to set up too!

My parents had a standard 1080p Sony TV in the livingroom for the past 7 years. It wasn't until we saw this for $500 did they decide to upgrade. Same size as our last one, but obviously much nicer! 4K movies on Disney+ look fantastic, text is clearer, and it is going to make everything we enjoy so much better.
