Not worth the money

Apps take forever to open and the TV freezes and the only way we can fix it is to unplug the TV and plug it back in. Not worth the extra we paid for a “nicer” TV.

You may check the settings of Dolby Vision mode as contents are rendered in a dark studio environment and we are required to show them as the creator intended. We understand that some consumers don't have the same type of environment at home so you can change some settings while in the Dolby Vision mode and see if the symptom improves. Set your TV to Dolby Vision Bright. On the supplied remote, press the Settings button. Under Picture mode, select Dolby Vision Bright.
