This TV has exceeded my expectations! I almost went with an LG that was a little cheaper, but the picture quality on this TV sealed the deal. It’s easy to setup and I have had zero problems with it and well worth the money for all the tv time I get.

Clear image, great sound, and easy to set up. Love that I can connect to my tv through my Google phone as well. Review pictures still don't do the t.v. justice, even makes 'Halloween' movie series look great.

This TV is amazing! The quality is amazing and has built-in Bluetooth and Chromecast, and I'm able to download different apps (Netflix, Disney Plus, etc.)

Love, Love, Love this TV! The color is so clear and at times it looks as though it is 3D. It makes you feel you are there! I'm a 68 year old woman and have little electronic knowledge, but it was made for anyone to connect the TV with devices. I connected my old Sony DVD and my new Sony Sound Bar/Subwoofer to this Smart TV. Sony made it very easy. For my TV viewing, I switched to Dish and they hooked up the TV portion to my HDMI 1. Anyone looking for a new TV give this one a look. It was very reasonable priced on Best Buy. Best Buy delivered to our house and placed where we wanted it. Great service Best Buy!

Had LG 55 inch TV for last 2 years. Have not faced any issues till it blacked out suddenly a day. Bought this Sony x80j Tv 55 inch TV on Black Friday deal for 549$. Original cost was 799$. Initially faced issue in setting up. Faced issue with WiFi connectivity. Took almost 2 hrs to figure out the resolution. Then had issue with streaming apps like Disney plus and Amazon prime video. After multiple try with uninstall and installing. It worked out. Recently Pluto TV added live TV for Sony Android TV's. It works great. Pros: Picture quality Sound quality Cons: Initially TV Setup Internet connectivity Initial Streaming apps setup Once the setup is done. All goes good. Definitely recommend for a friend

AMAZING!!..I also purchased the Apple TV 32gb and JBL 5.1 speakers and it is seemless when you turn on either remote. I LOVE the fact that you don’t have to struggle with two remotes as the SONY’s big remote also controls the APPLE TV once you hook it up with the ARC/HDMI. The picture is incredible.

So after 15 years I finally decided to upgrade my current Samsung 32" LCD to the 55" Sony X80J cuz after all, my current Samsung's still working fine. I did quite a research and finally decided this model is best suited for my budget and my expectations. This is a great TV for a small apartment. The color is vibrant and the speaker is loud enough for my listening. Setup was a little tedious with Google Home app cuz I had to call Google customer service and they were great in assisting me. The Google assistant on the remote is Best! Got it at a very good deal and I truly recommend this 2021 Sony entry level smart tv.

Very impressed with this tv especially at this price range. i bought this as a gift for my mother and she is very happy with it. The picture straight out of the box is incredible. very accurate colors. i don't see any need to have the picture calibrated like some TV's need. glad i chose this over some similar priced models from other brands. i think you would have a hard tike finding a better quality picture in this price range. definitely recommend. mounted on the wall with not issue at all.

Amazing tv I love when you’re not using it, it has built in screen savers that change every couple minutes and that’s so many wallpapers I’ve had this tv for a couple of months and I still see new ones.it’s a little detail but amazing. Not sure if other tvs have this but it’s awesome on this one and the colors are absolutely beautiful great for playing games on it too just use game mode so the response time is lower.it’s smooth as well when browsing Netflix other apps. Sometimes I wish it was a little brighter it’s not the brightest tv in direct sunlight

I replaced my old Sony Bravia that still worked fine It was 16 years old Can’t go wrong with Sony Very easy to set up even for me Picture is great Bought a sound bar but the speakers are just ok 4k sports a little dark but the resolution is phenomenal Great price at best buy

I took 6 months looking at tvs this is my first smart tv, I’m very happy with my Sony, my son set it up for me but I probably could’ve done it by myself, picture sound is excellent the size is prefect in my small apartment, I’ve had it for several months now with no issues only thing I added was a pedal stand for $25

I love Best Buy!! I’ve gotten a lot of things from them. Check out this setup, with my new tv, connected to this home stereo system I bought from them a few years ago!! It’s great for watching action movies with a lot of great sound effects!!

I really liked the tv, the picture was very crisp. But after a week of having it, I turned it on and there was a faint pink vertical line and a white horizontal line going across it. I tried resetting it multiple times. I returned it. I didn’t think there should be such problems with a brand new tv. I’m sure there was an easy way to fix it but I didn’t bother. Ended up getting a Samsung instead.

Not only love my Appleton Best Buy off 41 exit Wisconsin Ave, all the pp working there are AMAZING, and store is super clean but this TV is amazing!! I love the color fine lines and i needed help with volume and the customer service from Best Buy was very helpful and the TV company assisted me to the issue and helped me do it correctly ..it was me not the tv... but everyone is wonderful, helpful, patient and thats why i am a repeat customer ...
