When show is in the 4 h format the picture has a depth to it which enhances the picture greatly. I haven't figured out the voice command process yet but I am sure it will be a nice touch when I do!

It would be nice if the remote had bigger buttons but that is because I am a Senior and hard to see some of the numbers. I am sure younger people don't have this issue. Maybe they should give you an option on the remotes (regular or senior)

Sony never fails to please the most discerning TV viewer. Vibrant color, very clear picture and the 55" is a great size for the living room. Only con is the audio system isn't really the best, run a sound bar for a better sound.

Not happy with degree that Google requires invasive privacy information, including active microphone, to access so-called "Smart TV features, so we have not activated any of the internal links to streaming services or websites. Does work well with separate ROKU or Apple TV devices instead of using internal web access.

The remote is also bluetooth connected so it onky has to be directly pointed at the TV fto turn it off/on. My only issue was the provided stand is too short. If it were 1 to 2 inches taller, there would be room to fit a soundbar under the TV.

Sony is a known for delivering high quality electronics and they didn't disappoint. We were debating this one and a Samsung. The deciding factor ended up being what was in stock. I am glad that we got the Sony in the end. We also got a Sony sound bar. Great upgrade to our old 40 inch.

I paid a little more for the Sony brand in hopes it will last longer. The colors are very sharp. The picture looks very good from the sides & when the room is brighter from the sun.

Don’t cheat on Sony

All other TVs we own are Sony and never had an issue, the picture is beautiful. Works great with Apple TV. Don’t buy other brands Sony is more expensive but better quality in the long run
