Noticeably better than my 3 year old Sony of the same class. Also improved is the mirroring of my iPhone and iPad to the TV with the app already preloaded. Fine tv however occasionally UI can be clunky

I do have some disappointment with the UI however. It can get incredibly clunky. The remote actions will lag on the screen and when you select your media the sound is all garbled. I keep a step ladder by the tv to reach to unplug it every so often. Unplugging and replugging does the job and it works fine again for a month or so. I also am getting memory warnings after donwloading all my subscription apps. I havent even had it for 6mo and everytime i want to download something new i have to delete an old app. I just expected more from Sony.

May we know the devices connected to the TV? For the garbled sound, may we know if this issue happening from the TV app or from an external device? Are you using the TV speaker or audio device connected to the TV? You may perform a power reset without unplugging the TV to power outlet. Simply press and hold the power button for 5 sec or until restart appears on the screen. Performing reset may help resolved issues if the TV is not working properly.
