Good TV, but big issues with Netflix app crashing.

However, we’ve been fighting this bug with Netflix app since day 1 and the Best Buy folks tells me they will honor the return, just ask the store manager. I believe their words, but I want to keep the TV and get the Netflix app fixed. 10-15 minutes into the show, Netflix will crash and sent me back to the Home Screen, it’s frustrating. Unplugged and restarted TV, restarted modem, uninstall Netflix update, and etc, doesn’t work. We got 200mb cable modem and I hard-wired ethernet to the TV so network speed definitely isn’t the issue here. Since Netflix is a big player (even has a dedicated button on the remote), i would think they can do a better job with it. I got no issues wo other apps like peacock or tubi. If this keeps on happening I may have to return the TV. It’s a shame since I spent most of my time on Netflix.

If the Netflix app of the Android TV immediately closes or crashes, follow the steps below.
Delete the application data for the Netflix app.
On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button.
Under the Settings category, select Settings.
Under the TV category, select Apps.
Select System app.
Select Netflix.
Select Clear data.
Select OK.
Launch the Netflix app.
Perform a power reset on the TV.
On the supplied IR remote control, press and hold the POWER button for about five seconds until Power off appears on the TV screen. Note: The TV automatically turns off and then turns back on after one minute or unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
