Two personnel were very nice and helpful. Problem was to haul the Old 50" projection TV. They could not take it in their van. They gave me an telephone number to contact for taking the TV from my driveway, I made an appointment and nobody came to pick it up. I had pay extra to a private company to take the TV. THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
