Pleased With Product and Installation Service

Took old TV off the wall and mounted new. They made sure everything was working properly and answered a couple questions my wife and I had. We are enjoying the variety of features of this TV. Call Center Difficulties

The call center was totally not helpful. I had to return to the store to get satisfaction. The store was very helpful and issued me a credit for the extreme amount of difficulty I had with the call center. The in person store experience was very good. However, the 800 call center experience was extremely terrible.

I set this up and did voice recognition and all steps, but the built-in mic is not working... and the two LEDS on the TV, signaling the mic functions, do not light up. I cannot get the TV/mic to work though the "Hey Google" or "OK Google" commands. The directions in Sony's manual say to turn on the built-in mic switch, and you can find the location of the mic switch in the reference manual... but the reference manual makes no mention of a mic switch. I have spent hours trying to find out how to fix this. Sony Help desk is extremely frustrating to work with as they simply go by a script and only have me doing things I already tried myself simply though searching online. The Geek Squad just refers me back to Sony... don't get the function of the Best Buy Tech support if they actually can't help you fix something. I don't know where to turn to get the mic working at this point... I have had Sony TV's for years but this is really disillusioning to me... I expect more from Sony! NOTE: Sony replied to one of the previous reviews on here that among the advantages of Google TV is that "...Google Assistant easily searches for content and controls your smart home simply by using your voice. Thank you for choosing Sony! Erin". That's all I want! If I can get this fixed I will revisit this review.
