    I should have bought a Samsung! Clunky user interface. Difficult to add or remove apps. HDMI-ARC works intermintantly.

    Good for the price, however the wifi almost weekly gets disconnected and I’d restart the TV to get it connected again.

    Wifi would not connect. Geek squad was no help. Had tv deinstalled and replaced. Geek squad tech said same thing happened with his Bravia

    Doesnt support facebook app

    I purchased this TV not realizing it will not allow the Facebook app. Being able to have the facebook app on the tv itself for playong Facebook lives was the only reason I purchased it. I don’t need the TV for anything else so its useless. That should be displayed on the details and on the box, so that people purchasing this TV specifically for Facebook, lives, and needing the app on the TV, aren’t tricked into buying it.

    Have Google home suite and this TV constantly gives me issue. Cannot even cast from my Google pixel phone using a Google nest router to this google tv

    Can’t stay connected to wifi

    The tv keeps losing wifi connection constantly. I asked the Sony rep at bestbuy what to do and he told me to restart the tv. Did that and the message went away for maybe 2 days but started again today. This is the only tv in the house that does this! I am close to returning it to Best Buy. I really wanted to like this Tv
