Menu display is very easy to operate and the Google menu is nice as well. Tv quality is of the nicer compared to most others at this price point. Audio is good if only sitting back between 7 and 10 ft. The TV stands do not fit the TV aesthetically as it should, and are a bit large. Packaging was nice and neat. Installation was a breeze, easy to follow instructions.

The picture was sharp and clear and detail was great!! The sales agent explained all features in detail that answered all my questions. I learned about apps and streaming and how to operate this TV. My only worry was service after I got it home and installed. I had questions about hooking to internet and different functions of the TV. I had every question and then some answered by calling the 800 number for Sony. These people know their equipment and how to solve just about any problem that you can test them on. They even knew how to solve a problem with my internet provider!! Being able to watch a TV as great as this Sony 55" is a joy and a pleasure!! I could not have ask for a better experience in purchasing a TV!!!

The Best TV Ever

I had originally purchased a smaller LG to be delivered to me and went back to Best Buy the following day. Right in front of me was a group of Sony TV's of different sizes, the smallest being a 55". I don't know how I missed this display the day before as it was the first one inside the entrance to the store. I know that Sony is rated as the best TV, so I gave them my receipt from the day before and canceled my first order. I then purchased the 55" and brought it home. The color and the clarity are perfect. I have never had a picture as good as this one. It's spectacular! I almost wish I had bought a larger one. Maybe next time.

I always settled for cheaper and that's what I got was a cheap viewing experience. Even though this TV is at 60hz for the refresh rate its colors and picture are superb quality. The processor in this TV is nothing short of remarkable. No delay while maneuvering through the menu for what to view. I love it. Makes Samsung look like technology from the 80s. The smoothness of the operation system on this TV makes every other one I've owned look like they're running DOS.

Sony is back!

After dialing in the settings provided by a YouTuber (Quantum TV) I was completely blown away. I looked at all the TV's out there up to 1200.00 and by far this was the best. Surprisingly, the speakers were pretty good although I am adding a Klipsch Flexus 200 to enjoy the DolbyVision Atmos. This TV is 2 years old but don't let that fool you...Sony is back in the game!!!

Losing the remote can prove problematic but it's a smart TV so we can use our phones anyway. The sound that comes from the TV is average at best or exactly what you expect. The only other thing of note is that the TV reflects glare from windows to the point where you can't see it due to it not "being bright enough".
