Terrific representation of today’s LCD technology minus local dimming zones. Direct lit, VA, 120hz panel. I’ve been impressed with the versatility of the tv in regards to watching different content and gaming on my PS4. It is a joy watching 4k, HDR and DolbyVision content.

It's my 2nd 4K, I have an early gen Panasonic 4K and this Sony clearly outperforms it. The 55inch is perfect for the bedroom. Sharp TV apps, bright, excellent colors, blacks, textures and motion. This TV checks all the boxes for me. Remote is laid out very well and easy to use.

Excellent picture quality and sound quality and it’s super easy to adjust the brightness. we’ve been enjoying watching movies on it. Really easy to connect to Wi-Fi also which was a big plus! We only use this for things like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Disney+ so I can’t speak for how it is with cable.

The Google interface is easy to use. The picture quality is great and the TV looks wonderful hanging on my wall. I was bummed that you can't get the Spectrum app through the TV, but that's my fault for not researching better. Response time and setup was easy. Best Buy delivery was great as well.

She loves the TV and the fact that it was installed on the wall is perfect for her as she loves to watch tv and lay in bed. And with all the apps that she set up, she says Best Buy is her new best friend. And the two gentlemen from the Geek Squad who came and did all the installation, they were great. As with any flat screen TV the sound is lacking. The cure of course is external speakers which I have, I just wanted this to be an honest and complete review. The only real heart burn I have is on not being able to intall Chrome for the Chrome Cast function without getting the whole plethora of Chrome compounded by all the superflourus apps sitting there at start up. As a result I have opted for just the "Basic" setup.

Interface is easy enough that my elderly mother is negotiating it with little hassle. The picture is really good, almost looks like it's a 3D picture on regular TV shows and OANN. Baseball and Softball are really good also. The only problem so far is the ESPN app, which may very well may be ESPN not the TV.. I'll try to reevaluate it at a later date when I get ESPN straightened out and I've had a chance to watch a movie or two.
