Researched for several days and got a lot of help from a Best Buy associate over the phone. He helped us pick the best one for what our needs were. Delivery & install were timely and professional. However, I did not agree with the additional charge to install above a fireplace but there is no way around that. It was pay the additional fee or do it myself. Overall very satisfied with the product and the buying experience!
