    For some reason, when I turn the TV on it says it’s not getting an Internet signal. My phone, my other devices, are all getting an Internet signal. It’s very disturbing and I haven’t taken the time to call for a service call

      We do apologize for the inconvenience. To connect your TV to the internet, you need a modem and network router setup with an active internet connection. You then connect your TV to the network router using a wireless or wired connection.

    The colors are off if you watch from the side, you have to be almost straight in front of this TV. I'm not sure if they are all like this. I thought it would be a better TV then my old Toshiba.

    Everyone always told me Sony was the best. Had the tv a month and already having issues with apps freezing have to unplug the tv just to reset it. Second issue with a Sony in two Months.

    I will never ever buy another Sony product again. I purchased this TV and a Sony Blueray player at the same time. Both have been nothing but problems. First the Google OS on the TV is incredible annoying and useless. The real problem is the TV will restart in while I am watching a movie or show. This should never happen. Stay away from this TV. Picture is great, everything else is so honorably done that it should be pulled from the market. Shame on you Sony for putting out such junk.

    I purchased a Sony Bravia TV (Google), a sound bar, and a TCL Roku TV. I am happy with them, although the picture on the Sony bravia TV is too bright and unrealistic. I do not know how to fix that.

    I got an open box - excellent version of this TV and it worked just fine for a few days but on day 6 or 7, the screen went black and the light beneath the Sony logo started blinking red and wouldn’t turn on again no matter what I did. They offered to repair the tv but i opted to get an x90j instead, also open box but “excellent certified” this time. Giving it two stars cause I didn’t buy it new but with a condition of excellent, I’d figure it would last longer than a week.

    I got this TV today. I followed all the instructions to unbox and plug the cables. After I plugged the power cable, the TV never turned on. I only have a black screen in there. I tried watching troubleshot videos on my phone to make it work, but none of the methods made it work. I am disappointed because before I had a problem with another brand of smart TV that when I turned it on, the screen was blinking all the time, and when I was at the store, I was looking to get a TV that works. I thought that having a well-known brand like Sony would work well, but I was wrong. I cannot even rate the picture, sound quality, or brightness because I never saw an image on the screen when I turned it on. I will take back this TV. I hope the store can help me with a better TV.
