I bought this for my step son it’s easy for him to set up

Wish they had better games. These games are old but they do have classic ones in there. I’m more of playing the new and awesome games.

Couldn’t use it, so basically lost 24.99. My son put the card on his PS4 and tried to do the 3 month membership. Bit PlayStation charged tax which put it over the 24.99. Trie to use my Visa card to make up the difference, bit PlayStation took the 3 month membership from my Visa card. Tried calling PlayStation, but after 40 minutes on hold, gave up. I should have brought the card back to Best Buy, bit what were they gonna do.

I purchased this by mistake, really needed a Playstation Plus renewal. I used this membership anyway.

I always bring my Nephew to Best Buy for his Birthday, and this year was again his pick. He grabbed a Gift Card for one of his games and we had lunch and went home. He ran in his room and used his card. I went in there and he was crying. I asked what was wrong and he said he got the wrong card...it was a membership card and he already was a member. So I bought him the right card and he was happy. Now I am out of $59.00 + tax and a useless membership card......I think Best Buy will be on my "no go" to list.

I purchased this. It SAYS in my online profile it’s there but logging into the PS4 it’s not available. I’ve called customer service since Christmas Day. With Zero help it says “go online for support and disconnects me”. This is poor customer support. I purchased this for my son -“from Santa. He can’t use it. I spent 60$ abs it’s wasted If I could put Negatuve stars right now I would!!! I need to be contacted to resolve this!!!

Hello. I was very upset with the purchase, because I bought the wrong card, because the label was covered, so I opened the card, after opening it I saw that it was the wrong one.

I purchased the wrong card. I did return to purchase the correct but was unable to return this card because the 14 days had expired. What nonsense is that.

Misleading. Wanted the plus to play online . All these products look the same so I picked this up . Waste of money cuz I can’t return this .

Need refund never used my done bought wrong card but scratched off the back already what can I do?he still haven’t used it
