Love it. Wanted something with Apple CarPlay for an affordable price. USB is only in the front but the overall design of the deck is exactly what I needed. Touch screen is phenomenal. Good functionality. Very pleased.

I purchased this stereo to replace an older pioneer single din. The audio files will play via usb is great. For mp4 you need to convert the files to a 1280x720 resolution, and it will play them, unfortunately it is a little slow in terms of processing power. Your cellphone is much more powerful than this stereo is, They're still using a slower usb interface, usb c would be great, or even usb 3.0. The screen brightness is lacking, and adjusting the brightness doesn't do anything to view the screen when viewing in a bright enviroment. If they increase the resolution and screen brightness along this same price point, this would be a great unit. I cannot justify spending 1+k for a car stereo that would be close to the same functionality wise as an inexpensive one.

I had this put into my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee after the factory radio stopped working. Love everything about it, the Car Play is amazing. I went with this one over others because it has the dial for the volume instead of buttons of the screen. I nice surprise i didnt know before buying it is that you can map the steering wheel buttons (if you have them) to whatever control you want! Defintly glad i got this one!!

An awesome product by Sony. Clean clear thunderous bass rocking my vehicle now. Easy to navigate and all the nice features that I need at a great price.

This thing is great! I had previously had the Pioneer 1770 NEX and it doesn't work with CarPlay voice messages. So I swapped it out for this and it is night and day difference. The visibility is great during the day, the sound is better than the pioneer and the volume knob works great. I am so happy with this. It just works the way it should and I am happy to recommend this. I was worried I wouldn't like the resistive touch screen but its honestly not a big deal at all. It works just fine for carplay. It does lag a bit with CarPlay but its not terrible.

Great car stereo and backup camera. Easy to use with my iPhone. I love it!. This was a wonderful Christmas present from my family.

This screen is bigger and crisper than I thought it would be. It runs Apple CarPlay really well. I had small audio issues in the beginning when it was installed in my 2012 Cruze by Geek Squad, but that was soon resolved. I aside had a few steering wheel control issues but it was also resolved same day. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase for my vehicle to make it feel brand new. I highly recommend this for older cars that you want to be able to have Apple CarPlay support. If you plan on not using CarPlay and using the default Bluetooth then it also works well.

Great radio, super simple to use and program. Still have a volume knob, so it's easy to increase while driving. Works great with phone carplay

Great product! Definitely update the firmware to fix minor issues mentioned in other reviews. I like the physical USB port and physical volume knob too. I recently tried wireless CarPlay in another vehicle and prefer the wired version (which is what this product is) for now. The wireless is twice as expensive and doesn’t always recognize my iPhone. Also if you only use music apps, you probably would be better off using the Bluetooth function instead of CarPlay (this model does not support Android Auto). Best Buy did a great job at installing it too.

Awesome Radio!!! I had this installed in my car and love everything about it. The Apple car play is life changing and you won’t be able to go without it. It makes your car look high tech and sounds great. I had the geek squad install this in my car and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and made sure everything was in working order and that I was satisfied. They cleaned everything up well and even offered to show how to use everything. I would definitely recommend buying this!

Great value. Tuner is good. Bluetooth works without a hitch. USB input for CarPlay right there on the front of the unit, so convenient. The CarPlay works well - your phone and the touchscreen radio become one for Apple Maps, Music, Messages, and phone calls. I chose this model because of it's clean non-busy looks, the CarPlay feature, the front panel USB input, and the volume knob. However, the volume knob, which doubles as a button to select features/settings, is really small and cheap feeling. Instructions and DIY Installation were easy and fun to do.

The second unit that I bought. The first one in my GMC Sierra regular cab with no speaker upgrade. What a difference, with the factory stereo I could not even hear the thing when I was going down the road. The difference is night and day. I also bought this unit for my Hyundai ELANTRA and upgraded all the speakers to JBL Also added 2-8” subwoofers in the back with their own 600 W amp. I love all the upgrades! I primarily went with the second unit because I loved what it did in the truck and I also do not have to learn a new set of controls. Great stereo for the money!

replaced a factory gm radio in my truck, with the addition of the steering wheel kit everything is almost the same. great sound quality and sensitive tuner for fm, the apple car play works well , and Bluetooth integration for my iphone works well. I only two negatives 1 the lack of a tuning knob, not everybody is millennial raised on swiping L/R and it is a pain to move up and down the channels quickly and smoothly. 2. When leaving the setup menu the radio does not return to your last source chosen, it stays on the home screen, meaning an additional button push to return to the source.

Good sound, apple car play and backup camera work great. Only thing i wish is that there was an equalizer function to adjust the sound. Overall much better than stock Chevy radio.

I have had this in my 2015 Wrangler for a few months now. It was one of the only CarPlay units with a volume knob! CarPlay works great. The screen is size is good for what you need, and is responsive. There are a lot of sound options, so it takes awhile to tune the music to your liking. The screen is a bit more reflective than the stock screen but not too bad. My only complaint is that the volume knob does not light up at all. The top "HOME" button is the only thing that lights up on the front of the stereo.

Overall was pretty much plug and play although you do need to connect the head wire harness to plug in harness. Great sound with factory speakers

Very nice radio lots of options . Backup camera , Apple car play and a volume knob. Easy install and easy to use.

This is a great receiver for the money, I added it to a 2013 Jetta to replace the factory radio, then added a backup camera and an amplifier with a subwoofer. Wish it also had Android Auto, but that's the only downside I can find.

Great head unit - easy to use, nice features, and the presets make music sound so much better. Apple CarPlay is the best feature
