If you don't care about cd/mp3 and stream your music, this is it. My steering wheel controls doesn't work well as it did with my previous stereo even with the adapter so it loses points on that.

This stereo has everything you need at a great price. The built-in Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are great for safer driving. The touchscreen is responsive and can be turned off for night driving. It has a microphone for voice control as well. It also has a safety shut-off feature to prevent electrical damage if needed. My only negative is the slow up time upon starting the car. It takes probably 10-15 seconds for it to be interactive.

Purchased this as part of a Xmas present for my husband and I am very pleased with it (so is he). It was very easy to install and was completely compatible with his new truck. It paired very well with the Pioneer back up camera I had installed with it. The touch screen is sturdy and durable and the display is very nice. The functionality and features of this thing will surprise you, plus the price is right.

Great product, had it installed about a month ago and no problems so far, wish there were more color options for the screen display, but other than that nothing to complain about.

This head unit is great. CarPlay is awesome and the interface is very responsive.

I purchased this for Apple Carplay & Android Auto and they both work great. It's not perfect so that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Missing the extra star for two reasons 1. Every time you start the car a safety message needs to be selected before the radio will work. 2. Only the volume for the steering wheel controls works. They installed the kit for my car but even with that I'm limited to just volume working.

This radio is awesome. I did end up returning it but it had nothing to do with the radio it was more of an issue with Geek Squad. This radio has a very simple design which I loved. The sound it pushes out is clear and powerful. If you have the right people installing it itll be worth the money! Would not recommend Geek squad install.

Android Auto is fantastic, but requires the phone to be attached. Not a big issue, but would be nice to have it work wirelessly. Bluetooth does work wirelessly, just not Android Auto. The volume knob is very tiny, not a huge issue but a bit annoying. Updating the firmware is not very easily, but required to auto dismiss the warning upon start-up.

What a huge improvement over the stock Subaru stereo, both sonically and in ease of use. The addition of Apple Car Play makes any trip in the car far more enjoyable than before- the factory stereo was very difficult to link via Bluetooth but this one is a breeze! Having navigation on the dash is icing on the cake!

It’s works great, the screen lags a little when you touch or change sources. Overall I like it, all apps don’t show up on the screen however.

Had an Android unit for my Subaru that was built for the car and it failed. Replaced it with this and have enjoyed Apple play and all of the features. Only issue is you need to use an Apple usb cord to make sure the Apple play works. Doesn’t work well with an aftermarket cord for some reason.

4.5 stars Pros: Dial to adjust volume, clean interface when outside of CarPlay/Android Auto as opposed to the ugly, cluttered interface of Pioneer,Kenwood,etc systems Cons: the screen could have been more bright, if I’m driving and the sun is directly on the screen I have difficulty seeing

Have a 2008 Explorer with factory stereo. Wanted a back-up camera, and the ability to connect the iPhone. Found this unit on sale at Best Buy, and we are happy with it. Took a little while to get used to the Apple Play function, but all good now. Plus the installer at Best Buy was great. Very happy with the purchase.
