Easy installation and it sounds great… fit perfectly in my car. I would definitely buy this again.

Lovely radio that you can see it in the dark & great sound quality

I love my new radio I had installed by Best Buy. I love the car play function makes everything so much easier with maps and utilizing mirroring from phone to display on the dash. The price was excellent. Looks good, easy to use.

Radio is great, install was mostly great. Love the Android auto, made my old truck feel much more modern. They sent a message a few days before my install that the radio was unavailable. I drove to the store as it was listed in stock and they assured me they'd have it by install day. When I got there on install I had to wait around for half an hour while they tracked one down. Finally they called someone else who ordered the same unit and asked if they could install theirs in my truck and offered them a 10% back. Would have been nice if I could be compensated since I was the one running back and forth across town for their dumbness. Installer ran a few hours behind and he didn't connect my headlight cable so the unit was blindingly bright at night. I took it apart myself and made that connection.

I bought this last week and had it installed. The price was right and I liked the clean look and interface as well as the sound. However, I returned it the next day because I found it just wasn't bright enough. When sunny out I could see the screen but it was washed out a bit but with sunglasses on I could barely see it at all. There is no way to increase the brightness and when I was using Android Auto for navigation I had to keep taking my sunglasses off to just see the screen. Speaking of AA I also found that there was no separate volume for navigation. I had a Ioneer before this and the screen got cracked which is why I was looking for a new head unit. On that when AA was going and using Navigation if I adjusted the volume it gave me the option of music or nav. This has only one volume control so navigation was blasting which was very annoying. The final downfall was the touch screen. I found it to be very finicky most times. Touching certain functions would only work intermittently. I did see there was a touch screen adjustment but I didn't try that as I was already going to return it.

excellent radio for the price, I almost only use it apple CarPlay, it works great, screen is little hard to see in the sunlight

I upgraded my stock stereo in my 2012 Ram. This stereo is a nice improvement. I needed a back-up camera and Bluetooth and this fit the needs. The only thing i noticed is the Android auto sometimes randomly cuts out when I'm displaying my Google maps. It comes back after a short wait, but it is a bit annoying. Searched the issue and found its due to the power drawn while hooked up to the usb connection.

Good replacement for stock stereo. Best Buy provides complete package - stereo kit, cables for the installation. Sony Stereo makes the old car modern. Apple car play is seamless. All feature are as described.

Great stereo with CarPlay, easy to navigate through the OS, and has physical buttons for any manual changes.

I had this radio in a previous car I owned. I loved it so much I had to buy and install one in my new (to me) car! Love the apple play feature for all the traveling I do.

Works excellent in my 2008 Honda civic hybrid. Made my speakers louder and it’s easy to control. Will highly recommended to anyone to buy this

Great Android Auto unit! Made the switch from the AX1000 and it really is a game changer! I do miss the volume knob though.

Love this radio. Sucks that the CarPlay isn’t wireless but I’m always charging my phone anyway so no big deal. The interface is easy to navigate and the sound quality is very good. Installation by BestBuy was super easy to set up and they did a great job. I’d recommend this radio to anyone who wants to upgrade from a stock unit.

Great deck!! Easy functions with touch screen. Many, many options to fine tune each speaker to your desire. Bass adjustments to door speakers as well as dcbl adjustments.

It's a good head unit if you're not looking for the latest bells and whistles.

Excellent system with easy Apple CarPlay hookup. The gentlemen at the Danbury CT Geek Squad Install know their stuff! The wrong Dash Kit was ordered by the Sales Dept. at Best Buy, and they knew just by looking the box. They quickly returned it and helped me order the correct one. The were fast, efficient and polite!

I love my Sony Car Radio! The Best Buy sales rep picked all the install items I need and installation with Best Buy was very professional and super easy. I did want the Sirius Satellite connection since I do have subscription but this connection not provided since I did not purchase the hardware needed. But instead I use my Apple phone Sirius app and all is good! The Apple Car Play is great so you can talk handset free, use your Apple GPS, and others. FM and AM radio ofcourse sounds great!
