I would have prefer a volume knob and a mute button for audio control. Still a good buy as it improves sound quality compared to factory stereo. You could also plug in thumb drive to usb and watch movies

The gentlemen at the Danbury CT Geek Squad Install know their stuff! The wrong Dash Kit was ordered by the Sales Dept. at Best Buy, and they knew just by looking the box. They quickly returned it and helped me order the correct one. The were fast, efficient and polite!

Good enough that I bought one for a second car. I removed one star because there isn't any firmware updates that would allow the interaction with Sirius XM. An update should include the ability to fast forward rewind and pause satellite radio, like the XAVAX4000 model does.

I purchased a Sony radio that has all the features and options that a new car radio would have today. Luis, who installed the radio and a back up camera did an excellent job and only took him a little over an hour. I received everything I expected.

The unit works with my steering wheel control & backup camera (the camera that came with the van was super small) but the radio backup camera is large. AND....I did NOT have to purchase the separate wiring. THANKS

Great when it decides to function

I had best buy install this with new speakers and was happy with it for a few months. It consistently stalls out when disconnecting from a phone call with car play. If the car is hot it seems to glitch even more only connecting with a usb to car play about 30% of the time ( and yes I had my phone ports cleaned, using a lifetime warraty high quality usb cable). after multiple hard resets to the phone, and the stereo (even disconnecting the car battery) it still only kinda works whenever it wants to. I bought the extended warranty and needless to say will be upgrading very soon.

Great head unit but wish it had HD Radio

It has been a decent head unit overall. Apple Carplay (which we bought it for) works great. Integration looks good. The Best Buy install guys are the best IMHO. The loss of the star is for the lack of HD radio. It isn't a deal breaker, but it should be included.
