I was a little skeptical because of the $299 price tag, but OMG this radio is AMAZING. Apple CarPlay works amazing , sound quality is top notch, UI is fast and responsive and WebLink works as expected. I recommend this car stereo fully.

Radio works great. Quick and easy install into my 2015 Wrangler Sport. The weblink feature (Cast phone screen to radio) only works for certain car brands and models. Despite my jeep recognizing the parking brake on the dash, The radio claims its not in use and is unable to launch weblink. Other than that, paired with an amp, sub and new speakers, top down summers never sounded so good!!

Ordered and had it installed on my 2010 Toyota. I scheduled an installation for this as well as a backup camera I purchased in-store. I put it all on my installation invoice online and when it was time for the installation, the manager who checked my car in told me that they won't do the backup camera installation, even though I paid for and scheduled the service. The regular workers who actually did the service were happy to do so. They deserve a raise, please the fire the manager who wouldn't do squat.

I'd like to thank the installer at Best Buy on Cortez Rd in Bradenton. He did an amazing job. I believe his name was Kip. I would take a picture but my car is getting more work done on it. The radio is really nice. I love that it has Apple Carplay, which is something that I really need, as I often drive on the interstate. Works really well with my sound system too. Touch screen is nice but I also like how it has buttons, especially with the volume and home button. Overall, it's a great radio. Was installed on 12/6/2023 Wednesday at 4:15pm. Thanks again for the installation.

Sounds great, menu easy to navigate through. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the screen is hard to see if direct sunlight hits it. Luckily my windows are tented so I can deal with it most of the time unless I am wearing sunglasses. I picked this model because it has Volume buttons. Most model are touch screen only.

great stereo to turn an older vehicle into a bluetooth vehicle. Good technology and sound.. modern features. Once I switched to this stereo I didn't want a new car anymore..

Still exploring all the features provided by this unit. Portable phone connection and sound quality excellent, external audio input excellent, operation of unit is intuitive/easy to use.

Apple CarPlay works perfect! The only slight issue that the display is pretty bright and there’s only two brightness settings.

This is a really nice upgrade from the stock head unit in my 2014 Subaru Forester. I’m generally pleased with the features and performance at the price point this unit is sold at. The only thing that I could consider a drawback is the screen could stand to be brighter. It washes out considerably if direct sunlight hits it. Not the end of the world, but a small annoyance.

Great sound. Fairly stable using apple CarPlay. After exactly one year, the USB cable is failing and now I am attempting a repair on my own.

Very disappointed in this radio so far. I have been wanting to add CarPlay to my vehicle for a long time so this was a big plus. While I was excited in the beginning I started to have quite a few issues that have been really frustrating. 1. In the morning, if the weather has been below 50 degrees I find the radio is is extreme slow and unresponsive. When I plug in my phone many times the CarPlay icon won’t come up or when it does I will tap and it will beep but never load. Many times I have to disconnect and reconnect to get it to load. Once it is loaded it is extremely slow to change apps. 2. The included microphone is terrible. Everyone I talk to remarks how poor the audio quality is compared to my previous mic. I have tried moving it different places and it still seems to pickup alot of road noise. 3. In direct sunlight the screen is almost completely useless. 4. Touch sensitivity is not very high. Many times I have to tap the screen two or three times before it will register a tap, especially in CarPlay mode.

This is a good radio for a base model. I thought I could live with base model features. I was wrong. When you connect a flash drive with 37 gig of music, it is painful to find the songs you want. The unit does what should be expected. If I was to do it again, I would spend an extra 150 bucks and get a more capable unit. This one excel's very well. Great sound. The Best Buy installer was great. Just be aware, this is a basic unit.

Great sound got it to replace a kenwood significant improvement on sound quality and has weblink feature that doea screen mirror. Screen could be better but it is not bad

I’m partially satisfied with this receiver. The representative I purchased with told me the installers would integrate it with my steering wheel controls, backup camera and existing usb port on my car. The receiver has the capability, but the installation team did not connect those interfaces. Upon completion, as they were showcasing the new receiver, I was made aware nothing was integrated. When I ordered initially, they told me I was purchasing all of the hardware in a few kits, then I was asked to buy all the interface parts again after the installation to integrate the devices again. Individually, it was supposed to cost me about $250 in parts. They said a kit would be cheaper, but ended up being more expensive. A manager changed the kit price, but lo and behold, I was charged another $50 in parts and my rear view camera is still not integrated. Ives been to the install center twice now. The first time, then back again, and hoping the technician has the skills to connect the rear view camera tomorrow during my third visit. Hoping I don’t get nickeled and dined again or I’m done-zo with Best Buy. $300 receiver with free installation has cost me almost $650 now and it’s still not right. #buyatacarsterostore.com

This radio install made me love my truck again. Installed a backup camera that was plug and play. Super easy install.

I love my new radio I had installed by Best Buy. I love the car play function makes everything so much easier with maps and utilizing mirroring from phone to display on the dash. The price was excellent. Looks good, easy to use.

Radio is great, install was mostly great. Love the Android auto, made my old truck feel much more modern. They sent a message a few days before my install that the radio was unavailable. I drove to the store as it was listed in stock and they assured me they'd have it by install day. When I got there on install I had to wait around for half an hour while they tracked one down. Finally they called someone else who ordered the same unit and asked if they could install theirs in my truck and offered them a 10% back. Would have been nice if I could be compensated since I was the one running back and forth across town for their dumbness. Installer ran a few hours behind and he didn't connect my headlight cable so the unit was blindingly bright at night. I took it apart myself and made that connection.
