Great customer service

He helped the decision process go by smoother with his input about the television specs. The tv is pretty amazing and no complaints. Blacks are true black and I love the smooth motion flow feature. It makes me feel like I am watching the movie or show in person at the actual set. Great buy.

coming from Panasonic plasma
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Black levels are fairly decent compared to plasma....much better than Samsung LEDs though...Since 60 inch plasmas dont exist anymore this was the next best option since OLED is still too pricey for what you get.

The tv is great, service is better!
