Although there's a warranty, the tv is great but the timing to turn the tv on is very slow. Tv Would not come on for like ten minutes even pressing the power button on the tv or remote. Great picture though, power(mechanics can be worked through the warranty).

This TV was such a great purchase. It has perfect color and quality for any type of tv or video games you're using it for. The best part is that it has 4 HDMI spots. Would highly recommend this TV

This is my 2nd review for this tv. I bought this a little over a month ago and the picture is amazing and it looks great while playing PS4 and Blu ray movies but the smart portion of it sucks. The controls for the online is very slow and take a little bit to load. I have 100mbps and a nighthawk router which sits less then 6 inches away from the tv. Netflix worked for a little while on the tv but now I keep getting error code 1107. The tv says I am connected but it will not load netflix, hulu or youtube. I have reset my modem and router. Netflix works on my other devices in the house. Not really sure what to do to fix this issue. No help on the sony fourms. This is my first and gonna be my last sony tv. I will go back to Samsung.

Purchasing the items was great. Good and very knowledgeable customer service sales associates. However getting some of the items delivered was initially difficult but after speaking with the store manager everything was resolved satisfactorily

Bought open box but still had film and everything so never set up still brand new. Less than a month and after sitting 8 feet in the air untouched it had 2 blue pinstripes running down the screen. Turns out a lot of them do that and that's sad for a reputable brand. I dealt with the stripes but then 2 months later it surged somehow and went completely dead. Sony Bravia was a terrible investment. I have a like new 65 inch Bravia sitting next to my bed that is only useful if I hang clothes on it. I will never buy a Sony TV again. I have a 65 Samsung in the living room and a 48 Samsung in the other bedroom. Neither on surge protectors and have had no issues for the 3 years we've lived there. all appliances are Samsung as well. I got screwed into buying a $600 paperweight. worthless junk

The clarity on this tv is very clear and crisp. We often have friends who mistake it for a 4K tv because of the amazing resolution. Only con is that while it’s a smart tv, the apps offered in their market place aren’t that great. We use our Apple TV opposed to the smart tv apps.

This is my second Sony tv and I love it. Super simple to set up and the color,in my opinion,is better than 4k. I have never had any problems with any Sony product. You can't beat the price either. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with this purchase. Had to upgrade bc old flat screen too heavy to mount. This was easy to setup & whole family has benefited from instant Netflix for me to youtube for kiddos.

We bought this tv as a Christmas gift for my parents.. they had a really old "box" tv. The picture is decent for the price. The apps are kind of quirky but given the amount we paid for it it is a nice tv. Especially if upgrading from a 1992 gigantor television.

I purchased for my Father on Father's Day and he loves it. Easy to put together, great, crisp screen quality, fast wi-fi set up for streaming. Its a High Definition television. Cannot recommend enough.

I purchased this tv in early December and it has exceeded my expectations. I went to calibrate the tv, but when I checked it I didn't have to make any adjustments. This is a fine 1080p set

Ive had this tv for about a month now. Satisfied so far. It was a replacement by geek squad for a previous tv that was not able to get fixed. Internet is reliable. A lot of menu options.
