I only purchase my electronic devices at Best Buy. The sales associates truly take the time to find the perfect products for me.

Ordered on line picked up at local store was ready when I got there.So far so good happy happy with tv and Best Buy service.

TV worked for 2 days and went out. I picked up the TV but didn't hang it immediately. I hung it on the 12th day, it stopped working on the 14th day. I called Best Buy and told them my brand new TV stopped working. She apparently transferred me to The Geek Squad. I got appointment with them on the following Wednesday. I didn't know if they were coming to fix it or pick it up. They show up and were confused as to why they were there to fix a brand new TV. I told them I was kinda confused too. I just want my TV replaced. (The gentlemen from Geek Squad were great!) They call somebody and confirmed for me just to return it to the store. When I get to the store the employee said it was past the 14 days and couldn't return it but could have it repaired. After about 30 min of talking to different people they finally let me return it for my money back. They made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor of returning this new TV that didn't work. I initially went into the store to return the TV and have Best Buy order me another one. I was so frustrated with how I was treated I told them I wanted my money back and I went to Costco. In the last month I've purchased TV, Speakers, and Sono system. I will never go back!

Love this TV. Bought for my husband on our anniversary. Great refresh rate. Never had an imaging problem. Love Sony brand!

A really great TV! I only hope that it last longer than the Vizio TV I purchased from Best Buy! It only lasted 13 months!

Very nice large tv.Has a great picture however the sound is not as loud as I would like it which requires you to add a sound bar.

So sad to see our old TV stop working. After consulting with several experts we bought the new TV. The picture is amazing!

I was specifically looking for a 1080p monitor for the resolution. This one was on sale and a great buy. I'd recommend!

I bought this tv because of the price and quality. It has 4HDMI ports. Sony makes a better TV than the other brands.

We were planning on a different model, but the helpful staff showed us several options- and we are beyond pleased!

Menu system is not user friendly making parts of the set up more difficult that it should be. But that being said, everything else is great!! Well worth the money.

I am enjoying this; I would buy it again. I mated it with the 5.1 surround and the experience is very nice.

This was a replacement for my TV that broke. Before this tv I owned another brand and switched to LED.

Bought this TV for my brother. It is a great 1080P set for movies, gaming, etc. If you do not want to make the jump to 4K and HDR, this TV is for you.

Sony always makes excellent TVs. I don't watch 4k videos. 1080p is more than enough to me. No regrets!
