Sound quality inferior, so I bought a sound system which cost more than the TV did. Salesperson promised that the delivery people would set up the TV. That didn't happen. Also, salesperson promised that I would receive money back if the price was lowered within a few weeks. The price was lowered by $100, but they avoided a payout by claiming that I needed to make my claim in-store before the three week period ended.
