I bought this after a panel failure on a 1080P 55 inch television. It was a unexpected purchase. I am really enjoying the vivid picture when this set is provided 4k content and also when HDR is implemented the gaming looks awesome. I know others will say look at the Samsung 8000, but I didn't have the extra cash on hand, but either way, to my eye this set had the better looking picture. I almost went 55 inch again but the 65 jumped off the wall in amazing 4k. This is based on just my 2 eyes and nothing else.

This is a fantastic TV, everything looks good. Does great with movies, have not gotten to see 4K with it just yet. Mounting was simple, everything worked exactly like it should out of the box. My only complaint is the stock speakers are very weak, but that was expected and I can't image anyone getting something like this without a sound bar. So my review is based on picture only. Super Bowl was great sports action is no problem. I saw no blurs. Also has some nice presents for watching movies in the dark. Blacks are very good with this set. Does have a minor glare issue with screen, but nothing terrible. All screens have some glare.

Since purchasing this 65" Sony and mounting it to the wall, my wife and I have both been impressed with the picture quality and the overall features provided as an Android TV.

Perfect max size and the most features for the money on the market. Colors are vivid but very natural. Sound and connections are good. Edge disappears, and great viewing angles.

I had great expectations as I did my research but in this case I was WRONG, it was much better than I expected. Set up a breeze and the quality of the picture OUTSTANDING!

We looked at a number of sets before settling on this one. We like the Samsung Curve but the Sony had richer blacks creating better contrast and a cleaner picture. Light weight and easy set up. Picture looks great. Cannot wait for more 4K availability.

The picture is great, almost 4K quality on blue ray dvds. Apps work well, except, the web browser is not user friendly. Remote is cumbersome with buttons too close together. Sound not reviewed because the unit is attached to a home speaker system.

I bought this TV because it is HDR, 4K, and a Sony. I wanted my TV to be the same brand as my Playstation so they would play nicely together and they do! I can't wait to upgrade to a PS4 Pro and see what this setup will do. It's nice to just press the ps button on the PS4 controller and the TV automatically switches to the PS4, I have been watching the price for 45 days (the return time I have as a Elite Plus member for returns or price matching) and on the 44th day it dropped in price by $200 ! So I went back to Best Buy and got my money back so its kind of like I'm getting the 2 year warranty from Best Buy for free.

It was time to upgrade my TV from an old Sony 57 inch projection TV to the latest 4K technology. I shopped around and decided on a Vizio model. The picture on the Vizio was good....while it lasted. I got a total of 10 hours of TV time before the TV failed. It would not power on. I contacted Best Buy, and after a few attempts to replace the TV, the model became unavailable. Best Buy went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I finally decided to go back to the name brand that has done me right for so many years. My old Sony rear projection TV lasted14 years, and was still working fine when I decided to replace it, so I knew what to expect from the Sony brand. This TV is simply amazing! So easy to set up, and the picture quality is excellent! The TV itself is so thin, and looks great in my living room. I'm extremely happy with my new TV, and I'm also happy that I was able to replace an older Sony product with the latest Sony product. My experience buying a new TV was a little rocky at first, but I can't thank Best Buy enough for everything they did to make things right. Hats off to Best Buy for their great customer service, and to Sony, who continues to make amazing products! I will be a loyal customer to both for years to come! Buy this TV and start enjoying what it has to offer!

I've very happy with the picture quality and color color contrast this TV provides. It really gives that theater experience without having to drop a lot of money on a TV.

I love this TV. It is an Android TV. It boots fast and has been really reliable. It connected right up to my network. I have it paired with a Sony soundbar for a great experience. The TV looks great and sits close to the wall. The built in Chromecast works really well (can't say great because Chromecast still has some hiccups). Had one temporary hiccup where a Netflix update caused an error. I reset the cache for the app and logged back in to Netflix - problem solved. I love that I have eliminated my ROKU box - one less remote. Even my wife can use it! (I could get in trouble for that comment - sorry:)

I have had it about a month. The color is wonderful. The blacks are very black. It was easy to setup and program. The sound is fine, but a sound bar is an improvement.

Best TV I've ever owned, well worth the money, ultra thin, if your thinking about a 70 in. TV, drop down 5 in. and step up a couple hundred, you won't be disappointed.

Nice tv for the price. Very easy setup, sturdy base, easy to use remote. Picture quality is excellent in all light levels, even bright sunlight. The dark grays and blacks are okay but tend to blend together somewhat, great colors though.

Great picture, very easy set-up, looks good too. Very light, no problem using the TV on my universal wall mount. The sound isn't bad, but I'd recommend using an external speaker system. Works great with my Sonos system. Highly recommended.

Came in to BB to pick up the most raved Samsung 65" SUHD TV. Got scooped up by a Sony Rep and proceeded to battle it out with the x850 and the Samsung SUHD tv. Every selling point of the Samsung was Trumped by the Sony and Sony still had more features and has built in Chromcase, PS3 and runs Android. Very Happy I switched over. The x850 does not have the best darkroom picture with some light bleed but this TV makes up for it with its viewer angle, bright room glare reduction impeccable 4k everything . Go with the Sony 65" x850 over the Comparative Samsung and LG. You will be glad you did.

Very clear picture quality, thin framed, easy to use. Overall a must have TV as I am actually planning on solely buying this brand in regards to TV's from now on.

Great Television, picture quality is outstanding, I did a lot of research into 65 inch 4K TV's before buying, the 850D was far superior to comparable Samsung or LG.

I have had this TV for about 3 weeks and have been very happy with it! Sports look great and it upscales HD well. Can't wait for more 4k content to be available!
