Had this TV for almost a year now, had it installed - GREAT GEEK SQUAD person! Love the clarity. The salespeople were MOST knowledgeable to answer all my questions.

really liking this TV - picture is really nice, menu system is easy to follow, and the voice search on the remote is pretty slick! I am not using the onboard speakers, so no idea how they work, but putting this together with a sound bar was a great idea. Considered a Samsung against the Sony, but thought the Sony was a better picture. Running this on FIOS and it is really great picture.....not an OLED level quality, but close.

We replaced an old (2003) Mitsubishi big screen TV with this. There's no comparison! This Sony TV is incredible. It has an awesome, vibrant picture with great color. I have it connected to a Sony A/V Receiver and a 7.1 surround sound system and it sounds great. The HD picture is so much better than what we had. We compared this to Samsung (equivalent) TV's and liked this picture quality better. We highly recommend it!

The TV was easy to set up. Directions were easy to follow. Awesome picture. Most programs are watched via Wi-Fi with quick load times and no issues.

Love my new SONY 65 - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range. The Geek Squad did a great job to install my new TV and soundbar. The system has a ton of features and apps. This replaced my AppleTV with the built in apps. Only problem most cable stations have not caught up the the 2160P resolution yet but will. Great TV.

The picture is amazing, the remote frequently loses control , and it won't let me record shows anymore ( yes I read the manual , I'm an engineer )

I actually had to do some research in order to find a great tv that satisfied the needs we were looking in a TV. BestBuy has really good reviews from previous customers. The agent at the store was very helpful and was able to explain the qualities of the Sony TV. I like the clarity, volume and that you can talk using the remote. I would like it way more if the frame of the Tv was metal/stainless instead of plastic.

I had been debating on this 65" version of this model and the Samsung 8000 as both were nearly the same price. For what it's worth, in my opinion, you really can't go wrong with the mid grade to upper models of Sony or Samsung they both look great. I went with the Sony because live football is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are real whereas the Samsungs are generally more saturated. The blacks are true on the Sony. However, when using subtitles the darks on the screen seem to not be "as dark" than without subtitles. I don't use subtitles that often so it's not an issue. Until Sony and Samsung get their hands on OLED technology, LG will have the best contrast in the industry - and with virtually no competition in OLED market, those LGs are just way too overpriced. The android software is great and responsive. A Multitude of apps are available for the TV. Chromecasting to the TV was a breeze. The Arc HDMI port is great for seamless two way integration with the Sony HTN5 Soundbar. I do wish the remote had a keyboard integrated for typing out words for the search function or passwords. Hunting and pecking with the remote cursor is tedious and a keyboard integrated remote should be mandatory at this price point. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase. Like I said, you won't be "fired" for buying Sony and at $1499 (price corrected to $1399 3 weeks later). BTW, as with most technology - there will always be cheaper-better-faster-cooler - next month.

Great picture, good sound. Easy to use remote and easy to follow along with programing.

I bought this and it was delivered on May 1. I also bought a Sony sound bar. My wife and I have been thrilled with both products. The picture and all the features of TV are mind blowing, and the sound bar provides great sound and great bass. All in all, two great purchases!
