We had initially intended to buy a bigger TV, but when we spoke with the sales rep, he convinced us to go with this one and we don't regret it. The picture quality is fantastic and the Smart TV menu structure is very intuitive and easy to set up. Even the built- in speakers aren't bad quality.

We haven't bought a new TV in several years. We shopped several TVs and went to the store regularly to learn about the TVs and which one would be best for us. BINGO this was the one and the associates selling it to us were spot on. This is a great TV with an amazing picture. We love it.

I had done my research on this TV and was not disappointed. Picture looks fantastic whether watching tv or playing video games. The help I received from the employees at the Best Buy in Hurst, was top notch as well. I had the tv delivered and had no issues at all with the process at all.

We've been wanting a large screen TV for years and now we have the room for it. The picture on this TV is crystal clear...you feel everything is taking place in your living room! It was very easy to set up, but I wish it came with instructions on how to get on the Internet, Netflix, etc.

Today's TV's makes Steaming and broadcast look fantastic. The real test is to make your olded home video's look good. The size of this TV could make the imperfection come out more, but doesn't. I was so surprise that my video's look so great. I'm so happy. I love this 65 class Sony.

The picture is great, very thin and light, worth the price.

I have never owned a TV as great as this one.The picture is second to none.I purchased a Sonos sound bar with it and it is like being at the movie theater.You would be hard pressed to get a better set up.Best Buy was great through out the whole process,Give them a try,you'll be glad you did

This is a fine choice for a 65" TV. Even though most of the large screen TV market is dominated today by Samsung and LG, my wife and I both agreed that the picture quality of the Sony appeared better than the corresponding offerings of the other manufacturers at the same price point.

I love the picture of the Bravia and have no regrets the voice menu is easy to navigate and the setup the screen is amazing the edge surround is tiny only downfall is the sound quality I have played with settings And it's still not the best but it is better I highly recommend this Tv

We are very satisfied with our new Tv. The color and depth is dynamic. The delivery and setup was a snap. The delivery crew was on time and were very nice and answered our questions. We use Best Buy for all our electronic needs. They are dependable and stand behind their products.

Very happy with this TV. The picture is fantastic. The way it works with the Sony Soundbar we got is awesome. And how easy it is to us Google Cast with it rocks! I also love that the built in Netflix is actually a good interface, the same interface you see on Fire TV or Apple TV etc...

I had an 8 year old Sony Bravia I was happy with. I happened to walk by the great sale at Best Buy for the Smart 4-K TV and just had to have it. I am amazed at how much better this TV is than my old one. Football games are like being there or even better. Buy it, you will be amazed.

We purchased a Sony 65" XBR 65X850D and Sony HTNT5 Sound bar---amazing!! Great recommendation and advice from Zack at Best Buy, and Eric Jackson and Phil were extraordinary in their installation. Got the job done in no time flat and cleaned up so you never knew they were there.

Replaced a 10 year old Panasonic plasma TV with this new Sony 4K TV and am very happy with the quality. The sound isn't that great, but picture quality makes up for it. Once you adjust the picture quality for the appropriate movie, you will love what you see! Highly recommended!

Bought this during Black Friday sale, and had it delivered. After it was set up, the picture quality and colors are excellent. Speakers are meh, but we have a sound bar, so sound isn't an issue. Have always had very good luck with Sony products, and this one did not disappoint.

This is definitely the most exquisite TV picture ever. Everything becomes more real. The upscaling on "normal" TV is phenomenal. Skin, hairs, acne scars, everything is beautifully seen, not over emphasized. On a true 4K video, it is beyond belief. Black is true black. Colors are perfectly balanced. All of its electronics are intuitive. I have only one issue. It would not connect AT ALL to Netflix. Went thru all the Sony and Netflix help boards online. Talked with Sony, Netflix, Time Warner Cable. Lots of ideas, nothing worked. Nothing until it was directly LAN Ethernet connected. Everything else, including Amazon Prime, HBO GO worked via wifi. But Netflix would not unless hardwired. Took about a month to get there. Once done, obviously everything is incredibly fast, almost instantaneous. I actually believe this problem resides within Netflix as that continued to be the code displayed; even Netflix would say I had a perfect wifi connection, Sony would tell me it was a 100 MB speed, it still just wouldn't connect. So Netflix needed/wanted a LAN. Once achieved, it's flawless. That's my reason for four, not five, stars. May be due to Netflix--as I suspect--but some combination of Sony and Netflix customer support should have arrived at a solution w/o my needing to run an Ethernet cable from my router to the TV. Nevertheless, the TV is so enjoyable that I sometimes pinch myself.

This is a very high quality television. It connects to the internet where I really enjoy exploring its capabilities. It has a great setting especially for football games. If you have an android phone, you can access other areas. However, it does great things without one.
