Purchased this as a replacement for a Samsung that died while still under warranty. In fact, that was the second Samsung that died within the warranty period that I've owned. Previous Sony's I've owned may be a bit more expensive, but they've always lasted. Picture quality is great, sound is on par with other TVs; however, I've paired mine with a Bose system through the optical output. I rarely use the smart portion, but it does have apps for amazon, vudu, Netflix, crackle and several others. I'm very happy with the purchase. The only option this one is missing is the keyboard remote that came with my other Sony.

I am overall very pleased with this TV. I spent a lot of time researching for a TV that would be great for both movies and games and this TV is it. No jutter while watching any kind of movie (nearly every other tv i researched has some kind of jutter issue), buttery smooth responsiveness for gaming (XB1), vibrant colors & 4K on Netflix is crystal clear. The only con is that the tv was a little bit more than i wanted to spend, but after some time with it im definitely glad i dropped the dough.

I am really satisfied with this TV, the UHD (4K) and the HD up scaling images are great. I am using Netflix and YouTube from Android TV and casting from my phone Globo Play using Google Cast built-in. For voice input I downloaded the "TV SideView" from Google Play Store, it also replaces the remote control using my phone. Just as information, in the initial setup, the Android update was downloaded in approximately 10 min (wired connection , ISP 25 Mbps) and to apply it, an additional 30 min.

Love this TV. It took a little while to get all the apps setup and logged in...would love to see a keypad option in the remote or sync a device to use a keypad instead of scrolling a curser over all the letters. You are able to easily view Netflix, Amazon, HULU, etc and the picture is great. Have had a problem with the screen resolution twice and had to unplug the TV and plug it back in to fix the resolution...not sure if this is because of how I set it up with my audio system and Wii or if it is a problem with the TV. The processing speed has been great. I would recommend this TV to a friend.

Very pleased with new TV; thought it may be too big for our room, but love the size. Also enjoy all the apps. Great product. Very pleased with overall experience.

The picture quality is exordinary. Easy setup. The functions are easy to use and there are many functions available.

Went to buy the 65" Vizio 1080p but after looking at the other displays and asking many questions for over an hour the sales people talked me into the Sony. I am glad it worked out that way. This is a superb tv for the price. The picture quality is far better than the 1080p Vizio I previously had. Kudos to the sales people for doing their job!

Well where to start? I went into best buy to buy a TV. Mine had went out and I was going home with a TV that day. I looked and looked compared prices and specs. Ended up talking with a Sony guy. Looked at them. They all had great pictures. After I got home with this one. I set it up. Picture color was off a little. Changed a few settings and things started looking better. After a month with this TV and changing a few picture settings here and there everything looks good. I would recommend a sound bar or home theater system as the stock sound isn't the best coming from this TV.

The TV has a great picture and sound but it has a little lag when you first turn it on. It's like the TV needs a second to realize it needs to turn on. There's already been 3 updates in the month we've had it. Sometimes the picture is a lil computerized looking and not true TV picture. I really like the TV and I would probably buy it again. It does have HORRIBLE glare from our light

I did a lot of research and read countless reviews on this Sony. Tv is simply amazing watching HD and blue ray. Very happy with this purchase. Setup was a breeze, and navigation is easy. IMO this TV cannot be beat at its price point and for what it offers.

Watching our Sony 65" 4K TV is better than watching movies in a theater. Terrific picture and very user friendly (as in even a non-tecky can work it).

Great picture, smart features are very easy to use, been very happy with this purchase after one month.

I was skeptic to get 4k at first and this is my first Sony tv as well. I was looking for the great picture and 4k combo together. Smooth picture was selling point as well as the little input lag for gaming.

This is a great smart TV. The picture is crystal clear and the smart features easy to navigate. Great size even for a small living room.

Awesome TV. I love the picture quality. The WIFI connectivity is nice and makes it easy to stream video with the tv using the apps. Being able to wirelessly use my laptop with it is neat also. The dogs are even watching / noticing more tv content. I thought the audio might not be very good at first, but it was my TV box I was using needed adjustment and I rarely use the surround sound now. I noticed the audio coming from the internet sounded great. I got a great deal on this TV, it was an open box in perfect condition.

This is great 4k TV. I went to Best buy with the intention of buying a Samsung 4k UHD TV(as i currently own a Samsung HD TV); but the Best Rep sold me out of it and advised to buy Sony; as Sony has been doing 4k for a long time. And you get a better TV for a lower price compared to Samsung. The picture quality is great; just like any other 4k TVs available in the market today. The only drawback is sound quality from the built-in speakers. You will have to supplement it with external speakers. Overall a good buy.

My last two TV purchases were Samsungs and I have always been a fan of their TV's but the picture quality of this Sony just looked more accurate, vivid and clean. This 65" Sony was right next to the Samsung 65" and they had similar price points so all things being equal it was not a hard decision to go with the Sony. Better picture quality and Android based which was a big contributing factor in the decision.
