I went into Best Buy seeking a replacement for an existing 50" Plasma in my family room; I was considering a OLED but was concerned about potential glare from the highly glossy screen. One of the Best Buy Associates suggested this one with a slightly matted screen finish and it is stunning. Excellent color and clarity. I went back and bought another one for the bedroom. Great choice. I had read in some of the reviews about warping; not an issue for me. I had the Geek Squad install them and both sets are perfect.

Great picture and easy to set up. Haven't tried the 3D feature, other reviews report it doesn't work. Will report after we try it.

The picture is phenomenal and the ease of set up is great. (Caveat: I haven't gotten hold of a 4K source yet so I'm not sure on that)

first off let me say i have been thinking about buying this tv for a while, so when i finally pulled the trigger brought it home and spent 2 hrs setting it up, only to find out that the tv was dead in the water.. so now i have to pack it all up and cart it back to best buy for an exchange, this is the good part i got my exchange got the replacement home set the tv up and it was all popcorn from there, the tv is great i love the picture it's like going to the movies and i also got a great deal on it too....

I love the TV overall. Some of the Apps have had a few problems. But they have been updated since and haven't had any issues. The pictures looks amazing. Haven't watched to many 4K shows. And it still looks good. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend buying this TV

This is my second Sony. I had a 55 from about 4 years ago. That one was my favorite TV - until this one. I get the same picture quality on a bigger screen - a 65. The apps look good. Dishnet HD sources look good through the Hopper 3. Top notch. The 4k sources on Amazon and Netflix look even better.

I would give it 5 stars but we've only had it a very short time, if it continues to perform at this level it is definitely 5 starts. The installation and setup was a breeze the picture is terrific! We've already enjoyed a number of sporting events, movies and shows that the 4k upscaling is very apparent. One thing annoying but may be due to provider changes taking place; we have had to reconnect and re-enter passwords to connect to wifi a handful of times.

I have always been a Sony guy. I wont let this one purchase change my mind..yet. First, let me say what a nice experience I had with Best Buy and The Geek Squad. The tv was delivered on time as promised. It was easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. The tv looks great on a tv stand and is very stable. The problem started on day one. After watching 2 movies on DVD, a horizontal line appeared on the screen about 10" from the bottom and went from coast to coast. I was hoping it was the DVD and not the brand new tv. After trying several different hookups to narrow the problem down, it turned out to be the tv. I googled it and actually found at least one other person with the same problem. Best Buy was extremely cooperative and compassionate with me and sent me out another tv. This one is working fine for about a month now. It doesn't get a lot of viewing time. Maybe about six hours a week so its hard to say if its a work horse or not. The color seems to be very saturated. I need to put more time into playing around with the settings to try and dull them down a little bit. The sound is played through a home theatre system so I can't comment on how the tv sounds. All in all, Im satisfied but I think there are better tvs on the market. I did not buy insurance with this tv. Consumer Reports doesn't recommend it. But based on my experience, I would.

I was looking for an upgrade from my 5yo TV. This television is exceptional. The picture is so crisp and clear. My biggest problem is finding 4K/UHD streaming content to utilize the tv's unbelievable properties. It's 3D capable but I have no intention to use that feature. 3D media and players are hard to come by now, and the necessary glasses are $49.99 apiece. Not worth it for so little content. Set up was quick and easy and the unit is lightweight and so easy to move. I'm so glad I purchased it.

I have been looking for a very good 4K tv for quite some time. I did all the research and was up to date on all the latest and greatest features on each model. In terms of price this is exactly where I wanted it and in comparison to the other models around this price, it has the best picture. Android TV is a great operating system don't have any trouble with it and I don't even have an HD package for cable and the picture looks fantastic. Great TV for gaming as well. The best TV purchase I have ever made!

This tv has a beautiful picture and very easy to navigate the features. Still playing with it but is worth the money so far !!!

I've had this tv for almost 3 weeks and all I can say is WOW! The picture is simply amazing, whether your watching 1080P content or a bluray DVD. 4K content is breathtaking. I also have a 4K UHD DVD player hooked up and it seems like you're in the movie. Initial setup was very simple with the Sony tv and I also don't see how anybody could have an issue with the tv being "warped". With the way it's packaged it would be next to impossible for anything to happen. Yes, I would highly recommend this tv.

Patience paid off!!! I waited until Black Friday and this TV dropped $500. I couldn't pass it up as this TV is the top of it's class for the price until you climb to the next level (3,000 difference). Easy set up and handled TV by myself in set up. I have a Samsung upstairs however I think Sony just stole my family away from Samsung. Great picture, clear and vibrant colors. Highly recommend to all.

I am very happy with this TV. I purchased a Sony 75" 940D 4K TV a few weeks ago. I was so impressed that I decided to get another Sony TV. This 930D is missing a couple features that the 940D has but it's pretty darn close to the same quality. I picked this one up on an "open box" deal and couldn't be happier. The 930D has deep blacks, great upscaling, and a hybrid light display (it is edge-lit and also back lit). The android OS is a dream. Best OS for a smart TV period! Highly recommended!

We purchased a Sony XBR 55 900C in March of 2016. The picture was great for the 20 hours we used. Unfortunately, w purchased the Sony 65 inch last month before we used the 55 inch again. We turned on the 55 inch TV July 1st and nothing. Call Sony and they said that a rep would call in 3-5 business days. No one called for 7 days. When they called, they said they didn't have the part. What? No one ever looked at the TV. A week later Sony called and would replaced the TV, after I sent a copy of the receipt and a couple of pictures of the TV. Great! I will get a new tv to replace my new tv. The problem is that since it was over 90 days of purchase, I would get a certified TV. That means I will get someone else's TV who probably had the same problem and now I have his headache. I told the rep I didn't want a used TV to replace my 20 hour of use TV with a new TV. Too bad! I'm stuck with a whatever TV. I will called Best Buys today to see if I'm within the time period to return the 65 inch TV. This is the first time I purchased Sony TV's in years. The tech who installed the TV's recommended a Samsung because if I had issues at all, I would get a new TV to replace. Big mistake by going with a Sony! Now I hope I can return the 65 inch and I know for sure Sony won't be in any other room in our house. Sony! Great for the first 10 movies and then it is a total headache..

This TV is really nice to have. It was a nice upgrade from our 55in LG 1080p. It has a great 4K picture, plenty of inputs, panels to hide everything, easy setup with the android tv os, and nice remote. 2 things I don't like with it is 1. sometimes the android tv os becomes unresponsive and won't sleep or turn on. To fix that you just need to unplug it to reboot it. Only hhave had to do that twice now. 2. When the android OS wants to update it will leave the pop up on the screen until it is done

this product has stood the test of time it is top quality the picture is fantastic there is no fading there is absolutely nothing wrong with this TV and I have had a smaller model for almost a year or two longer than this particular product and it is absolutely the same as the day I looked at it in the store and took it out of the box in my home I would 100% recommend this product and I would 100% say that it is worth the extra money.

I've had this TV for about a month now. Upscaling is great, especially for sports, action and low light scenes. I have not upgraded the satellite to 4K yet...that's coming soon but Netflix looks awesome. The Android TV User Interface is easy to use (better than what I had with a few year old Samsung) but at times it can lag on performance. Thus far a great buy for the price but more viewing is needed for a more comprehensive review. Enjoy!

Sony TVs have a glare-free screen that we love because we have windows all over our house. With our last (not Sony) TV, the screen had a glare on it most of the day. Now, no glare, just great picture!

I bought this television and soundbar because it was 4K and larger than my previous tv. Very happy. Sound is terrific.
