Brandon Even stops by my house to go over issues and troubleshoot. Could not ask for more professional and excellent technical back up! I have been a Sony TV fan (and buyer) for many years and I almost decided to try an equivalent LG. But after watching this Sony for over a month, I am really glad I bought it despite the price. You will often hear you pay a premium for brands like Sony but equally you often hear you get what you paid - I am really happy with this TV and have already recommended it to others.

I've been a Sony fan for a long time but normally went with Samsung for the price difference. This tv on the other hand out performs the Samsung 9500 series everyday of the week. The Sony has a more neutral color vs a more red and blue on Samsung. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because of the external brick power supply and it's not quite as detailed as an oled

Instructions were difficult for experienced person. Had to call sony in order to get the tv working to the cable box. We love the tv and external soundbar.

This T.V. is amazing. Outstanding picture, would highly recommend this Television to anyone looking for a great picture. Also highly recommend the Geek squad who came and installed the sound bar, built the BDI cabinet and set up the sound bar with the T.V. and subwoofer. Very pleased with the Best Buy Magnolia department at the Gaithersburg location. Use the Geek Squad, you won't be disappointed.

This has been one of the best purchases I've made in years. I love my 65 inch 4k tv.

So far we have been impressed with the picture quality. After comparing to OLED picture, the blacks on the Sony are almost there and definitely not worth the extra 2K for OLED, especially with the problems with clarity on motion.

Being a bit of a cinemaphile, the picture quality of a TV is the utmost important feature for me. And, being that this was my first 4K purchase, I sat on the decision on which model to buy for quite some time. But, finally, the prices began to drop, and I found the right TV at the right price. The Picture: Aside from getting an LG OLED, the Sony XBR-930D is the closest you can get their black contrasts. This heightens the color and shadow depths of your picture, and gave me a 4K experience that I've been wanting for the past 3 years. The motion flow of the set is amazing, and you don't lose pixelation between the frames. This action on your screen a smooth finish that can only met rivaled by the movie screen. And, although I haven't had the chance to check out the 3D feature on the set, I have read many reviews about its "ghosting" image. Once I get my 3D glasses, I'll update my review. The Sound: Back mounted speakers leaves for little sound. I at first figured that this wouldn't be an issue in the small space that I have the set in, but I was wrong. So, I purchased Sony's 390 2.1 soundbar to alleviate that issue. Now, I don't have much to complain about. The Pros: Great picture, Android OS, sleek Design, and Price. The Cons: Poor sound, and a questionable 3D feature.

So far we a very happy with this purchase. Not only is the color perfect, but the remote is able to control the tv, cable box and receiver. The only thing I don't like is the TV guide that it substitutes for the cable guide. We still use the cable guide for things we DVR, etc. But the TV remote does control the channel, pause, fast forward, etc. We are still exploring everything the TV offers us.

Overall great picture poor sound, beautiful design. A lot of imputs and outputs.
