This TV has great picture quality. However, has minor issue with blue screen which I think will be resolved after doing a factory reset. Have issue with sound bar not recognized by TV occasionally when the TV is turned on. I have found out that if that happens, I turn the power off on the sound bar unit and turn it on again, for it to sync again. That means keeping two remotes with me all the time. Before I bought this TV people complained about leveling of this TV when using the mount bracket. I realized that brackets are okay but the VESA mount size for this TV is too narrow. Creates too much play for TV to tilt when installed using wall mount. I think Sony's QC didn't catch this one. 65 inch TV is almost 5 feet long horizontally. You can't expect for it to be level on a 200X300 VESA. It probably needs wider area to stabilize the weight distribution so counteract the leveling. I am fighting this leveling issue with the TV constantly. Over time, it drops low on one end. Love all the menu options, simple and easy.

Very clear picture. More colors than I have seen on any tv. Also remote works good.

I love the tv up scaling is great.Great blacks it was a tossup between the LG oled and the sony 930 I went for price. I have no problem with the screen bending MY issue is with Direct TV having been a customer since 1996 they have a firmware problem with the 4k. I have called twice a week and still no 4k programming available so use cable it seems like a fix from direct tv is going to be awhile

This is one of the top line 4k TV. After reviewing many models, I finally decided to buy this TV because of the full LED edge glow which enhances the picture quality when compared to the 850D (it has only middle LED glow, which means the picture might look a little dim on the edges away from the center of the TV). Also the TV is super thin and I bought the sony recommended TV mount.

Flawless detail and graphics with gaming. I have an Xbox Scorpio hooked up to it and it looks stunning. Very nice interface as well and easy to use.

Replacement for Sony TV purchased in April with newer model when the TV stopped working. Best Buy was great to work with and Geek Squad is exvelkent

After setup by Geek Squad, the picture is perfect and use of the TV is simple.

If you are looking to upgrade your living room tv, this display will blow you away. Picture is so vivid and astonishing. PS4 and PS4 Pro look amazing. Some many great features with android tv, you can add your PS4 controller to the TV and use it to play android games. Excellent display. Live football picture mode gives you the sharpest and clearest picture I have seen. Must have TV

I highly recommend this TV. This is my 3rd Sony LED. They just get better and better. . I came in for a 65" Sony or Samsung. After reviewing the two comparable models I was comfortable with the Magnolia reps steerage toward the Sony. The picture is breathtaking. I cannot say enough good things about it. I am currently using it with a Sony Soundbar (Large One). It makes a great combo.

Great TV, but had a power board problem that had to be replaced. It was under warranty, so no extra cost. Sony has identified it for correction.

We learned the most from one of the Best Buy sales people at the Northcrest store. He helped us decide between the two best 4K HD televsion brands, Samsung and Sony. We selected the Sony for its slightly more true to life picture. Quite remarkable, really! Installation was efficient by excellent technicians. We have nothing but good things to say about our purchase from Best Buy.

I got this tv after about 50 hours of researching. I went with the Sony over Samsung, just because of the reviews of the better blacks and overall picture quality. I have a Samsung 4k tv as well and it has a lot more light bleed. No regrets so far.

I've owned a Sony XBR tv for over 10 years now. They simply are the best picture for the working mans budget. The colors are the deepest you can find. It's simply the best!i recently upgraded to the XBR65X930D. Hands down a better picture than any other tv in its price range! Even if you were to spend $1,000 more on another brand you still wouldn't get as good of a picture.
