First, we lost the picture - that was supposedly due to the fact that there were software updates that were missing. Once that was corrected, it worked great. Now, we have lost audio to the system and have been unable to get it back.

Not as good picture quality than on my older HD TV. 4K content is OK, but not that much better than HD content on old HD TV. But, on this TV, 4K is outstanding to non 4K on this TV. Bottom line... probably not worth the money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my Sony Xbr930xd after the best buy sales guy convinced me it was a better TV than the Samsung of a similar price. I should have listened to my gut and bought the Samsung. The Sony has stopped working after less than 4 months of use. Sony is now sending a repair tech to fix the TV. I still have my previous Samsung and have had no issues in 7 years. The Sony also constantly restarts for no reason. the only positive is the picture is great when it is working

WOW never have I had an experience watching TV like this. Crystal clear picture hooked up Samsung soundbar with woofer, my TV viewing experience has changed, Love watching 4K shows from Amazon and Netflix. Geeksquad installed it hiding all wires, setting up soundbar and remote. Best purchase ever!!
