Not a bad TV

The inputs don't seem to read it and the only way i could get my DirecTV, ps4, Yamaha receiver and Xbox to work properly I had to get a Logitech remote. For $2000 it should work better.

Horrid Customer Service. TV doesn't work any more.

A warning to tv buyers: We bought almost $10k worth of Sony products 6 months ago from Best Buy. Bought 2 65" 4k ultra tvs for $3k each, and 1 $700 Sound bar. As of today, 2 of these products don't work. Tv is Sony xbr65x930d 65" class android 4k ultra. Called Sony Customer Service. They don't really care. Asked to speak to supervisor. He will not put a supervisor on the phone. So we are stuck with this junk. Don't buy Sony, or you will be stuck too. One tv no longer works. Sound bar never worked, kept shutting off. Customer Service is godawful! Products are godawful! Don't buy! If this is what kind of tv you get from Sony for $3k, I can't imagine what you get for $500. Don't let them convince you their Customer Service is good. They're lying....

Easy to use and my current equipment configuration includes DirecTV, Xbox One S, and PS4 Pro, Sony Soundbar with wireless subwoofer. Highly satisfied with this recent purchase at Best Buy.

The picture quality and features (android applications) are great. One drawback is the when placing the sound bar in front of the TV on TV stand the infrared remote did not work, had to move the sound bar to the back of the TV.

Great companion for the ps4, has some functions for the ps4 set up with tv controller. The one thing that i did not like was not compatible with TWC app. Other than that all the movies i bought from PlayStation network are good.
