Big letdown

Geek Squad out twice over 3 weeks, still not working. Multiple parts ordered, did not solve problem. Had to take time off work for initial delivery and then repairs. I'm done. t.v. being returned. If you buy this t.v., get the extra guarantee/Geek Squad service deal, it's worth it not to have to shell out additional money to deal with repairs when the t.v. fails.

Changed batteries in remotes, unplugged and plugged in again after letting rest for over 5 hours. No, help. Used the TV power button also with no help.
