My picture still isn't right after a month of trying new settings. Might have to get a professional to come in to get the best picture.

Almost everything about this TV is worth 5-stars, but I bought it for the 3D, first and foremost, and that is not worth a single star. The 3D is unwatchable, due to what I read as "crosstalk", a lack of accurate 3D timing. Sony is well aware of this, as is the sales staff at Best Buy, but they didn't acknowledge this until I went back to exchange this unit.

The TV failed after 6 months

I am now having to deal with Sony who is sending a repair tech at some point. I have been without a TV for 2 weeks while dealing with this because best buy does not stand behind their products unless you buy the extended warranty, yes even in the first year of use. I do not recommend this TV.

The warranty expired and year later TV stopped working. The picture looks great and it was an amazing TV but only lasted 3.5 years. Best Buy would not touch it since extended warranty expired. Sony I am very disappointed with your quality.

Inspected product but had major flaw

Immediately took it back to Best Buy, went to Costco afterwards due to the lack of concern over the defect, bought a 65" Samsung that blew this TV about of the water.
